Best breakfast sandwich I’ve had in a long time… ham and cheddar on a Kaiser roll with ketchup salt and pepper. Immensely satisfying

This is an O.C. must SEE!!! Don’t get distracted by the glitz and glamour of the chain restaurants. Come here!!!! Amazing crew, super friendly, HUGE portions.

Anthony’s was a bit pricy, even by OC standards but wow was it good. The chicken sandwich was absolutely massive, largest sandwich I’ve ever eaten, but also one of the best! Everything in it, the chicken, tomatoes, pickles, lettuce, and bun were all incredibly high quality, making for a fantastic meal. According to my sister, the burger was equally delicious, among the best she had. Anthony’s is definitely one of the best restaurants we’ve had on our trip, but be prepared to pay a high price for it.

The roast beef was moist and tasty.I ordered it plain on rye because I wanted to experience it by itself and I wasn’t disappointed. They sell a nice cinnamon roll too.

Got the chicken tenders and fries, and you could tell they were freshly fried and not just frozen tenders, staff were friendly, making small talk and asking me if I needed anything while I waited. Good food at a good price, recommend.

8/10/23- after reviewing their online menu, I arrived at Anthony’s to order mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders, and onion rings. There was no one in line and I glanced at the menu on the counter. Right away I noticed mozzarella sticks was crossed out. Then I noticed the prices from their online menu didn’t match the prices on the menu on the counter. I asked an employee about the discrepancy and was told I couldn’t rely on the web menu- ” everything is messed up.” I ordered chicken tenders with fries and a large onion ring. After placing my order, 5 more customers came in. The counter person went over to the staffer who was working the grill and said in a very audible voice ” I wish these people would stop coming in.” ( It was 235pm… about 25 minutes before they were scheduled to close.) I got my order and checked my bag- I was given a small onion ring though I ordered a large. I brought this to the counter person’s attention and he provided me an additional small onion ring. When I got home, I found the 5 chicken tenders were quite small- about 2.5 inches x 3 inches, and very thin. The breading sloughed off and exposed sliced pieces of chicken breast- not tenders. These were not tenders, but breast fritters. The onion rings had been pushed down into the cup they are served in- so none of the rings where intact- they were smashed together and just a clump of pieces. I’ve been hearing a positive buzz about Anthony’s this season… but my experience was not satisfactory.

Food is great. People are very friendly. Been going there for over 30 years. The people that have it now are back to the good stuff! And, if you haven’t been going there for that long, you might not understand the “atmosphere” aspect of this review. It’s quintessential Ocean City. Roast Beef and Ham are great!

This is my new favorite place in OCMD!! We just kind of stumbled in for breakfast and the breakfast sandwiches were great coffee was also hot and delicious and you could not ask for friendlier staff. Went back for lunch pick up for the day on the beach and once again absolutely loved the roast beef sub and fresh cut fries !! If you don’t stop by here it’s your loss because this is what food and service is all about! Well Done !!!

This place has the best breakfast sandwiches you will ever get! The ham sandwich on a bagel is to die for! We tried this place and feel in love!! We went for breakfast sandwiches almost everyday we was at the beach. We will now be stopping here multiple times when we are in town! Customer service is really good. Every person in our group loved this place after they tried it. Definitely check this place out.

This used to be my favorite sandwich shop I would drive from Clayton, Delaware to Ocean City just to get a rose beef sandwich. We went today and they told us they were closing because they didn’t have enough customers. We sat there and heard them. Tell another couple that they were shutting down because the internet didn’t work and they couldn’t take in anything. We had just left and they didn’t have a problem using your register to ring us in the food has gone downhill. They were too lazy to put on their website that they were closing early and would be closed tomorrow for employee recognition.
