We were the last diners today, but still the hospitality was there. All were happy with the food choices and the scenery. We’re sure this is a fun place during the high season. The food was good bar food. The sweet potato fries were a hit!

We entered the restaurant around 7:25. The weather was really nice so I asked if we could be seated outside. I was told they weren’t serving outside because it was too hot. I’m from a northern state and I thought the temperature was great. We agreed to be seated inside because it was getting late and most of the restaurants in the area close by 9:00. I asked if we ordered food, could we take it outside ourselves? The hostess checked with the manager and said it would be okay to do so. Now, it wasn’t only the weather that made us want to sit outside. The atmosphere inside was like a Chuck-e-cheese on steroids! There was a DJ playing dance music and kids, literally playing tag, running around screaming. We had to shout to have a conversation with each other. We ordered a pizza and a patty melt. At 8:20, the patty melt arrived. The fries were slightly burnt and the the burger was dry. I held off eating, waiting for the pizza to arrive. I finally started eating because the food was getting cold. About 15 or 20 minutes later the pizza arrived. At least the pizza was hot and a pretty decent pie. Someone in management finally realized it really was nice outside and they opened up their patio for service. The server did apologize for the slow service but I don’t feel that was a sufficient response but I didn’t blame him. We should have been approached by a manager. The location is great but it was just too chaotic for mediocre food. I would recommend avoiding this place unless you have kids you want to let run and scream around a restaurant and have a couple hours to spare for dinner.

About the worst patty melt I’ve ever tasted. To describe it as bland would be a compliment. I ate it because after the 25+ minute wait, I wanted to eat the fish people were catching in front of me raw (and it would’ve probably tasted better). The mojito was terrible. I couldn’t taste anything but the soda and non-muddled mint. I saw the server twice, so I guess she was okay. Had to hunt her down to pay and get the hell out of there. ATV ride down and back was an added WTAF. The person at the entrance to the area said it was under new management and better. Shame on you for the misleading review.

Only sat at the bar and got a couple drinks. The bartender was great and the view is beautiful. The restaurant is clean and modern looking. We didn’t eat there, so couldn’t describe that experience. The bar experience was very nice.

We were seated quicker than the busser said (sweet girl). Not that I was expecting to wait for a long time, but I did know the time we sat down. We got water and menus right away (thank you, young busboy)… and then nothing for 25 minutes. A lot of servers walked by us, and yes they did look busy even though the restaurant was half full. I managed to talk to a server right next to us and simply asked, “Do you know who our server is? We’ve been waiting for almost 30 minutes.” In the rudest, most uncalled for way, she snapped back and said, “You have Not been waiting for 30 minutes!!!” I looked back at my two young daughters and young niece and from the looks on their faces, I decided we needed to leave. The server was nearby so I quietly asked for her name. Again, in an unkind way said that her name was on the card thingy on the table. Wow. I don’t know how someone like that is allowed to work in customer service.

The employees look miserable. Not very friendly and not attentive. Prices are pretty high but the quality of food was good. It’s a cool spot but they need to work on their customer service and organization. Seriously lacking.

I thought having an experience eating on a floating restaurant would be memorable. It was. But for the wrong reason. The food is gross. I wouldn’t get anything but pizza and the wings. The calamari was nasty & clumpy. They didn’t even bother to declump it before putting it in the fryer so some parts weren’t thoroughly cooked. It wasn’t fresh calamari but the kind you get a Walmart. The fish & chips were mostly batter. A waste of money. I thought the seafood at a waterfront restaurant would be tasty – I was wrong.

Love the location, atmosphere, cleanliness and outside eating option! The food is good and the service is generally great. We love the giant ice cream cones too!

I’m not really sure what people are talking about, we were there just this evening. The food was great, we did sit at the bar, the ladies behind the bar were amazing, the service was outstanding! I would go back in a heartbeat! Thanks again to the three ladies behind the bar, you guys were just awesome!
