Best food in the springtown area…blows howells nasty greasy roach food out of the water…waitresses are so nice and the older guy cooking does whats asked everytime n pumps out food fast and delicous…n he will even come ask if he got it right…this is my go to cafe in this area…run from howells n come here…

This was our first time here, we drove here from Azle after reading the reviews. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed. We both had the breakfast special, mine with biscuits and gravy, my partner had the pancakes. First off, the eggs were cooked PERFECT!! The bacon was nice and crispy, without being burnt, not easy to do (pretty sure it’s oven done, but don’t quote me). The biscuit was fluffy and tasty, sausage gravy was really right on. I shared the biscuit with my partner and tried the pancakes from her order. They are marvelous. A hint of cinnamon and light, not at all heavy. All told a great diner breakfast experience, thank you.

A very quaint dinner. Good old-fashioned food. Very friendly staff. When you stop in, you have to try the onion rings. The chocolate pie has that wonderful dense dark taste. I remember this type of pie from my childhood.
