DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!! I placed an order online for delivery at 8pm (an hour before they closed) never got a delivery and went to the restaurant and was closed and locked up. Checked our bank account and money was taken out. I WILL NEVER place another order from there again and I highly recommend you avoid at all costs.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT READ!! This was the WORST experience ordering food in my entire life. My husband tried to place an order for a pizza. The male who took the order did not know the menu and after talking to my husband we realized within 60 seconds we couldn’t eat the pizza because we have a food intolerance to tomatoe sauce. When my husband called back immediately the person working proceeded to LIE and tell us aggressively that within the 60 seconds between the first phone call and the second the pizza was already made. There is no way that a pizza could be made within that time frame. We then said we wanted a refund. He offered to make “another pizza”, but we clearly did not want prepared food from someone who was so rude, aggressive and a liar. Also the price was $38, way more than listed on the menu for what we ordered. After arguing with the person for over 10 minutes telling them we have health issues and that’s why we had to adjust the order in the first place he still never placed the refund. I am calling my bank and getting a refund. Disgusting people. Stay away.

They Never get the order right. They don’t send items you paid for(evey time we ordered). And what they send is ALWAYS wrong.

I called and ordered off what I thought was the menu, because there is a menu that is not their menu listed right below the Google overview. This was after following the link they have set up which leads nowhere. Now let’s talk food. Garbage. I’m sorry, if you list “new Haven style pizza” as your seller, this trash is not gonna cut it. It’s fine but definitely not for the price. Can honestly say I’d rather eat dominos. The specialty pizza is probably fine but I’m not paying for that. I ordered my favorite pizza which is the Romano and sauce that doesn’t actually exist on there real menu. Tomato sauce that tastes out of a can and not even a hint of a flavor of cheese. Save your money.

I got the “Breaking Bad” treatment when I ordered for delivery (They didn’t slice the pizza, I had to do it myself). The pizza was half-pepperoni. That half was buried in grease. Each piece of pepperoni was curled up like a little tiny bowl, each one filled to the brim with grease. The box was also covered in grease, to the point where I didn’t even want to handle it. I wish I took pictures. And in spite of the fact the whole pizza was overcooked it was still delivered nearly ice cold (because it took almost an hour to arrive, and I’m less than 5 minutes away). Hometown and Bakis are better options.

Got the spinach ricotta specialty pie. Absolutely killer. I’m a big white pie fan and they nail the style for sure. Great crust as well, which is the telltale sign of a good pie. Started off with some buff chick eggrolls, perfect starter. 4 good sized eggrolls were plenty! We will be back
