I was told about Anna’s from a friend of a friend. The menu I was given was not the updated hours nor prices. I was given my total I noticed the prices were different . Upon receiving my food I checked to make sure my order was correct I was not impressed when I open the box, but I gave this place a chance. I got home and ate my food right away the seafood was Luke warm. first off all the food was hard and over cooked. The food is over priced not seasoned well and the portions were horrible. I would not recommend this nor will I eat here again.

I was disappointed with a flounder sandwich that I purchase and wish I had took pictures. But anyway, it was so flat I thought I was just eating bread. They said they open on Sundays and you go there and ithey are closed. No message on the phone about being close either. After reading the rest of the reviews, I would not be going there again. The pandemic has been over and you still can’t sit down and eat because it’s piled up with junk everywhere. Compared to other restaurants they are overpriced as well. And then on top of that, they seem to have a attitude, or like you have to come there to get fish and nowhere else.

This is Crazy! I just deleted my positive review of this place because my daughter and I were on our way back home from Norfolk Airport. I asked my daughter to Order 1/2 Pound of Scallops and One Order of Calamari…the lady kept asking what we wanted and 3 times my daughter gave her the same request. Finally the lady says ok got it! When we get there, she charged my credit card almost $34.00 for 2 Large Seafood Platters and some other items. I said it was not what my daughter ordered. She argued that we changed our minds and ordered the wrong food. I told her I heard exactly what was ordered… because I was driving and couldn’t use my phone. Again she argued that we got exactly what my daughter told her. Wrong Again I said. I asked for my money back and was fussed at by her accusing us of not knowing what we ordered… Very Rude Customer Service.

Food is great 90% of the times I have ordered. A couple of times, there was very salty batter on fish and crabs. The older female worker argued with us saying no return, “same batter on everything,” was her statement. I also had an issue with flat soda. When I say flat , I mean flat, unfortunately. It appears they are still organizing the restaurant( lots of boxes and supplies in guest area). Over all most times food is great. Giving them another chance.

This is the only place that I purchase crabs already cooked. They are always clean and fresh. The owners are friendly. Crabs aren’t the only thing I’ve gotten from them… Food is good and not expensive.I just live it…

First & last time at this place. I am a traveler & noticed there was a lot of foot traffic (usually a good sign). First of all, the smell of urine distracts from the smell of food inside the restaurant. This food is not only overpriced (for the portions) but the wait is excessive for STALE, overcooked food. There is nowhere to sit & dine although advertised. You have to wait in you car until it’s ready. I would not recommend this establishment to anybody who wants an enjoyable meal. Captain Ds is not far away… you can have 2 sides, a drink with HOT food and sit comfortably at a booth/table to enjoy your meal without the smell of a soiled diaper.

This place has been in business for decades. I had patronized this place many times over the years. We went last week and the place was rundown, filthy, had no working bathroom. They do not have decent furniture for customers to even sit down and wait for order to be cooked. The furniture appears to be the same furniture when this place used to be Golden Skillet during the early 1980s. The parking lot needs repair, drive thru window doesn’t work. I saw so much filth, the Health Department needs to be called and this place needs to be shutdown! We didn’t order and left after seeing this nasty pit. Anyone eating anything from this filth pit, will eat anything.

Horrible experience!!! These ppl assume that cross contamination is ok because it’s all seafood. Got my order wrong and then told me it’s my fault why they added shrimp to my fish and I’m allergic. Fries were soggy and not enough seasoning on the fish my husband ordered. Definitely will not be going back.

Sad about this spot. However, it’s busy, an indication that folks love the food. Again, I forgot to take a pic. I’ve ate at the place a couple of times and the food was good. But, as they say “all good things will come to and end.” an end is what happened here. The crab cake was black and dried out; the scallops were small and dry, as well as the shrimp. I didn’t finish this meal.
