The service could have been better…. We had to ask for water refill and after we finish eating we waited for our waiter more than a few minutes then waived him down for the check.

Had the special Kimchi Tempura Shrimp Ramen, it was delicious!! Bao Buns are great!! Ani Ramen never disappoints!! Friendly staff! Always recommend for anyone who loves Ramen. 🙂

Good ramen, would be back. We had the spicy miso ramen (good noodles, broth, & toppings), chicken karaage (small but I liked the light, crispy crust), and donburi bowl (tasty).

Tried this branch during a Yelp event and we started with Edamame and Japanese cucumbers which were very good starters – tasty with one crunchy and one soft. Next we got the Chicken Karaage and Shishito peppers which were nicely flavored and had this nice sweet and savory thick sauce to dip in. And then the shrimp bao which was the most enjoyable for me that night. Crunchy batter and soft buns with good sauces.

My first time to visit Summit location, but not for my hubby and daughter. The place is spacious, more people to accommodate. Missed pork buns and chicken karaage. That’s what we ordered for a starter. Our main of course Ramen! Delizzzz!!!

Food was good, service wasn’t. I understand that it’s a mistake for charging my friend’s card for the entire check, but it took forever to get it all sorted out, and now my friend won’t have the $85 that he started out with for the next few days. We were planning on getting more things after this, but I guess he won’t!!

I’ve honestly never eaten at a Ramen themed restaurant nor have I ever even eaten Ramen before, so I’m an absolute novice on this type of food.

Clean and simple set up. Greeted upon entry with very upbeat professional staff. Nothing spectacular about taste, I’ve lived in Korea and Japan so of course my expectations are high but it wasn’t bad nor the presentation. Soy chicken glazed buns are beautiful but need some flavor…pickled onion maybe ♀️, the Ramen was pretty decent…would come again when in the area.

Pretty disappointed. Went for a late lunch not many people in the restaurant and the waitress, some time after seating, us had to be waved down to place our order. She stated she forgot about us. I’ve had better Ani Ramen at other locations but even those are meh to Ramen I’ve had elsewhere. It’s a good spot for a quick bite and I appreciate the access to a Ramen spot where it might not be as easy to find otherwise.

Summit’s Ani Ramen House is a new age ramen shop that surprises you with every experience. It’s pretty dark in here, with current music giving off a night club vibe. Ironically a great date night option. The staff are great and the food is pretty good. I didn’t really enjoy the ramen though, I think it’s on the overly salty side. The appetizers are definitely where it’s at. The wings are phenomenal and classics like the edamame are perfect. Stop in and give it a try!!
