My wife and i went. We both had brisket. It was absolutely the worst brisket i ever had. It was not cooked that day. Dry and tasted like the broth they left it in for days. The sides were great very good. As for bbq meat it is just very bad.

This is my first visit! We were greeted when we walked in the door. Our order was taken in a timely manner. We order the brisket pizza, the sampler plate, chicken sandwich, chicken finger kids meal.. waited for 25 minutes for our food. Absolutely wonderful!! The wait staff and cook are amazing!! The cook came to check on us as well!!! Amazing!!!!

These people are awesome to get to know. If you want an awesome sandwich get the Slab Sandwich has a little bit of all there meats on it. Request it with fries, smoked beans and the hot meat sauce all on top. I challenge you to finish it. Mine was a take out.

We were in batavia recently and stopped at Angry Charlie’s for lunch. Hot dang! This is now my favorite restaurant ever. The owner came by and chatted, and even let us go out back to check out his smoker. The little dark haired waitress was absolutely wonderful as well. The food is just incredible at Angry Charlies. Let me clarify. INCREDIBLE!!!!!! I would never have thought smoked meatloaf was a “thing” but let me tell you that it is worth a trip for that alone. The brisket was just stellar. Why they give you a knife with your fork and napkin is just beyond me. They are not needed. We tried every meat that they offered, and not once did we need a knife. It’s just that tender. It’s just that amazing. All our sides were delicious as well, but what’s up with those cheesy potatoes? Did they just drop down from the heavens? We couldn’t stop eating them. Wonderful!!!! I can’t wait till we are in batavia again so that I can stop in. Thank you Angry Charlie’s!!!!

Been in Batavia my whole life. I’ve seen every business that this building has ever housed. Honestly since this place opened i’ve always blown it off thinking ehh…just another eatery that won’t make it here….probably just “ok” food….Boy what a mistake. This place has amazing BBQ…I had the brisket hoagie and the wife had a brisket plate. Both plates had amazing flavor and the sides tasted just as good and the portions were good size. And for a BBQ joint the prices are very reasonable. We’ll be back
