This was what I received when I ordered a grilled chicken salad with french fries. When I called to have it fixed, no one answered the phone for 20 minutes and then told I would have to pay for the chicken. Not even an apology. Terrible experience and one slice of cucumber and two micro tomatoes is pitiful even for a garden salad. At least just say you are sorry for the mix up though. I previously left a 5 star review but I know the other woman that day was not the same as the woman who I talked to today and you lost a repeat customer because of her bad attitude.

I had a pretty bad experience picking up from this place. I was told my order would be ready at a certain time, showed up and they didn’t have my order ready at the time they estimated, which is ok. I ordered garlic knots as a side and the lady at the desk said they don’t start cooking them until after I would show up to pick up the order. Huh? Why on earth would you want me to show up to your clothing closet sized parking lot to wait 10 minutes for the rest of my order to be done? But wait, here’s the best part. I got marinara sauce on the side and when I got home there was a huge piece of mold in the container. I think it’s safe to say I won’t be picking up food from this place. I have questions and concerns about the sanitation of the kitchen after my experience. I hate writing these reviews. I usually keep my mouth shut about these experiences with places I eat, but the mold was the last straw. Sorry guys.

Absolutely the best Sicilian pizza we have ever had. Perfection! Italian hoagie was filled with meat and cheese and oversized for the price. Angelo’s is a keeper on our take out rotation.

We have been enjoying the Angelo’s Shaler location since it opened. Tonight the pizza arrived and there was an issue and they fixed it as fast as they could which I view as at least as important as the deliciousness of the food they serve!

Tried for 45 minutes to call and place an order and it kept going busy. Gave up. Figured they were closed. Drove past because it’s on my way home. Low and behold they were open. Went in and placed an order and asked why no one answered the phone was told she was the only one working the front and didn’t have time to answer. Wanted me to wait over 45 minutes for the pizza. NOPE. I know it’s the day before Thanksgiving and everyone wants pizza. But you should have planned on that. Schedule your people better. Plus parking sucks

Pizza delicious. Use to go to Rita’s on Burchfield. Tried Aiello’s, Angelo’s is much better not quite as expensive and not as much crust on the pizza. Try Angelo’s and compare yourself.
