I apologize to say this, first off. I always order from andys. I usually get a Mexican salad no jalapeños. Yesterday we decided to get a party size pepperoni and sausage pizza. Horrible the crust was literally burned, the sausage hard and old tasting. I was so disappointed, I waited to call today. So they did offer another pizza. I didn’t want it. I asked for a refund. No refund, because I waited till today. You have to call same day, we didn’t even eat it. I will not be calling back. What a disappointment.

o m g! i litterally went there after work and was hungry. i stopped by andy’s for a classic cheese pizza and i just have to say out of all the cheese pizzas i ate, andy’s was the best. the staff was super kind and cracked some jokes with me. would definitely recommend!! 10/10! 5 stars !

Worst costumer service ever!!!! I literally called to order a pizza and they yelled at me n accused me of calling their phone multiple times saying I was taking to long to order and playing games and I needed to hurry up. I’ve literally never called them in my life and I definitely won’t be EVER again!!! They didn’t even give me the chance to order. Horrible customer service.

I just called to see the prices of there pizza and wings and also asked if they take card payment over phone and I was just told to “hurry up I’m busy” that’s disrespectful I wouldn’t order here again they need to learn how to speak to people that’s not how you make money
