We ordered a few dishes. The egg rolls and the shrimp toast were very good. The general tso’s chicken was mediocre at best. Not crispy not tasty. Kind of tasteless. The lemon chicken was downright inedible.

I’m been coming for almost 5 years, when I was younger and I still do. I love the sesame chicken with the rice and the barbecue ribs. Both are so good. My mother loves their gluten free Chicken fried rice. The service is amazing, the staff are friendly, and food comes out pretty quick.

The egg rolls here are so good. Lots of great dishes but I have to mention the egg rolls, they’re my favorite. It’s also nice that the dinner combinations come with rice, an egg roll, AND soup.

the guy at the front is rude and told me 20 min for my doordash order it was over 40 minutes. i work for fast food we know if the inside is too busy we pause doordash orders until we can get catched up. unfair for the drivers who have to wait 40+ minutes because they can’t fulfill their orders

Mediocre food and bad service. Waited 30+ mins before having our drink order taken and then another 1 hour for the food to come out. Forgot to give our soups and all of the food came out lukewarm at best. Waited another 15+ mins to get the check. Would not recommend, pretty discouraging to watch the adjacent table sit, order and eat before getting a morsel of food.

Ancient Ginger has the BEST pork dumplings on the island. These dumplings have the most incredible flavor you could ask for in a dumpling. Aside from the flavor, the authenticity of these dumplings is unmatched. As someone who has had dumplings from many Chinese food places, I truly believe that each dumpling from Ancient Ginger is crafted with the utmost mastery. The wrapping is not the thick, flour mass that you get as most places around here; it is thin, light and carries the flavor of the filling beautifully. My friends and family all agree as well. There have been numerous occasions where I’ve ordered only dumplings for family and friends and they were absolutely blown away. The price is RIGHT too! You can get an order for $6.50 and it is 100% worth it!

Delicious food at an affordable price! It’s a sit down restaurant, which I love. It was quite busy, but the service was quick. I had the shredded pork with string beans. The veggies were a perfect crisp tender and the sauce had just the right amount of spice. The hot and sour soup was delicious, too.
