Best place to go for a home cooked meal! We were seated right away..drink order’s taken immediately..we ordered roast beef dinner’s…roast beef was tender, melt in your mouth delicious…with mashed potato’s and a side salad..

I have never been to this place. It isn’t in my neighborhood. I searched Google for a nearby restaurant and this was the closest to me. I am pleasantly satisfied with my fried cod, fries with gravy and seasoned wings. The coffee was hot and fresh. Autumn was my server and she did a wonderful job of checking in and keeping my coffee filled. The establishment itself, from the outside, doesn’t look like anything special. But let me say, the staff and the food are a hidden treasure!! Very happy and I will definitely come back if I am in the area again!!

Food was good. Will definitely be back. First time there so it was a little confusing which door to go in. Went in where we parked and was escorted around the building by the friendly staff to the restaurant. Large curbs in the parking lot. We had to back out a good distance during high dinner time since there was no exit other that to drive off a curb. Some some signage would be helpful. Otherwise the food was good and service was quick. Will be back again.

I went to this place once. I never went back. The menu is almost 100 items. Everything was frozen. Nothing was fresh. There is nothing fancy about this place except the fact it was shut down from the did industry for bugs and uncleanliness.

We live about 45 minutes away, but we were in the area and looking for a place to eat and found the Anchor Inn. We ordered the wedding soup, mini tacos, fried pickles, walleye dinner and chicken sandwiches. Everything was delicious and exceeded our expectations! The server was awesome (sorry I can’t recall her name) and suggested the lemon cake and funnel cake fries which were also great. From the food, to the service and the frosted glass for the beer, I highly recommend the Anchor Inn!

The service at this establishment was very nice. The food was very tasty and the waitress was very efficient and knew her job really well. I highly recommend the Anchor ⚓ Inn for a good lunch or dinner. Keep up the great work. Thank You.

I messaged them on Facebook because they messed up on my order. The owner called me and was happy to fix it but then I got blocked on Facebook. ‍♀️

The food tasted great and had large portions. I ordered a steak that came with two sides. I got applesauce and fries, and the amount of food that came out for me was easily enough for two people! They gave us popcorn when we sat down, and I probably wouldn’t have eaten any of I knew how much food was going to come out!

We have eaten there before and it was very good. This last time…was terrible. Our waitress was very unfriendly…seemed like she didn’t want to be there…the food wasn’t very good either. My husband’s burger tasted very gamey…(like bad venison) This has never happened there….my mom’s fish was very fishy tasting and my fried sample platter which is always good was not completely cooked. When she came over she asked if we were ok with coffee and I said *we’re ok*….she hurriedly left without giving me a chance to tell her we were not satisfied. As I said…it has never been like that before. Bad food + a bad waitress = a very bad meal. Hoping it’s like it used to be the next time.
