Wow, this must be a one-off experience, but absolutely crazy. Myself and my girlfriend came into Amore to cool off, get some food and drink. Immediately upon walking in I can see the older lady behind the register is working her jaw as if annoyed. Whatever, I get it. We order. After we get our food and are eating, we hear this lady complaining. “If one more customer comes in here, I’m going to lose it”. There is nobody in this restaurant but myself, my girlfriend, and 2 young college girls. Continues to loudly complain – and, tells somebody, “you want a large? No, I’m giving you a small. You don’t need a large”. I am not sure if this was a joke or not, but it certainly didn’t sound so. Later hear her talking badly on what we assume is a customer and a coworker.

Ordered pizza from here, it was horrible. They messed up the size and would not fix it. My milkshake cup was broken and spilling all over the place and instead of giving me a new one, I received a cup to put under it. Horrible horrible horrible place and the worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant in my life. Do not recommend whatsoever. The girl working told me there was nothing she could do for me. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered a medium pepperoni, sausage, and extra cheese pizza. Cheese was definitely skimped on. The Italian sausage had no seasoning, and the Roni was just mehhhh. The pizza was overly salty, but nicely cooked. The sauce was just ok. The delivery time was quick. I would not order here again.

Who the hell is the older blonde lady who is just yelling and complaining at the front? Complaining about employees and wait times. I’ve seen her before too and had a similar experience. Must be the owner or the owners wife. Absolutely uncomfortable and annoying as hell. Literally shouting in front of customers.

Best pizza I’ve ever eaten. The pasta is amazing! Food always arrives hot. Food is good quality, fresh and portions are good and prices excellent! The milkshakes are to die for. I’d give it 10 stars if I could. The delivery service is always accurate, prompt and friendly! They have an awesome on-line rewards points system, too. My favorite West Chester local place!!! Horrible experience. Ordered online for pickup. Came in was told they never got my order and had to reorder on my phone AGAIN, then was brought out a receipt to show me i did order that time but I had a confirmation emails for both orders but was still told I was wrong, and had to wait 30 more minutes for my food. Never going back. I believe the owner was behind the counter and that’s how it was handled.
