Excellent! We will definitely go back. I really enjoyed the nachos and the guacamole was amazing. This is the only location we’ve been too but I’m sure they all are wonderful! Very authentic!

If you like your chicken quesadillas swimming in grease this is the place for you. Not only are they dripping wet, when you pick it up all the ingredients fall out of the quesadilla. Completely inedible. The birria tacos are the blandest I’ve ever had.

Authentic Mexican food!! My family and I frequently order from Amigos! We visit both locations in Warren and Sterling Heights! The birria tacos are excellent! Staff are welcoming and friendly. This location has ample parking and a large, clean dining room.

Amigos Street Tacos was not busy at 5:00 for dinning in, but many take out orders were picked up while I was there. There are many booths as well as tables. They do have high chairs for kids. They have a lunch special everyday during the week. The lunch special ends at 4pm. It will be posted on a white board on the wall near the cash register where you can order. I ordered the vegetarian burrito. It tasted alright but I was a little disappointed because there were a few onions, a thin strip of red pepper and the rest was mostly Spanish rice. It would need to have more vegetables to be called a Grilled Vegetable burrito. This was my second time here, the first time was very good. I will visit them again because what I have gotten here has tasted good.

Place is nice. I like the shrimp tostada and the beef tacos. Not a big fan of burrito.

My experience was a bittersweet one. The place was clean, and the service was on point. As for the food, the fresh red salsa was the best thing on my table. The presentation was on point. The tacos I ordered looked good. Those good-looking tacos ended up having the worst steak I’ve ever encountered. Respectfully. To make matters worse, the verde salsa was cilantro and tomatillo water. My advice: try the chicken, and bring your own verde salsa. Salud…

The food is good, slightly expensive, which is why I am upset. I will pay for good food BUT MAKE SURE YOU GIVE ME MY ENTIRE CARRYOUT ORDER! I am mad I even tipped, for a carry out that was shorted! Talk about insult to injury! One shrimp tostada and an order of guacamole and chips were not included. For this reason, despite liking the food, we will NOT go back. I stopped on my way home from work, drove 30 minutes home, and not all of us had food to eat!

I used to love the food. Especially the birria. The last few times I’ve ordered it’s been soggy, falling apart, and just not the same. The rest of the food is bland. The shrimp taste way too fishy for it to be fresh. Or it’s just not prepared right. Idk what happened but I don’t think I’ll ever come again.

Ordered the asada fries for $14 and it was a bad experience. Steak was overcooked/chewy, and there was so much cilantro you could hardly taste anything else. I know much better places that serve asada fries which really hit the spot, amigos really disappointed me on this. Ended up throwing away most of it.

The food was delicious and the portions HUGE! I had the chicken fajita burrito and it was slathered in cheese, YUM! Prices are decent and well worth what you get. The place is bright and clean and the service was very good. Definitely coming back for more of their authentic Mexican food.
