I was taking my dog for a walk in the morning I need to get him some water. They opened up at 7 o’clock. No one was there. It was a ghost town not surprising how well I was treated. Then I rang the doorbell instead of just opening up the door, saying hey, we’re too lazy to walk 2 feet open up the door take an order. No one was going through the drive-through. One of the workers walked all the way to the back door to tell me that I can’t walk through the drive-through and I can’t go to the walk up because it’s not 11 o’clock we could have already had the order done. I could’ve been eating some delicious food but now I’ll never go back. and I called the number and let them know that I was unsatisfied with my service and she’s like I’m just doing the books. We can’t help you because half of our super small store doesn’t open at 11 I’m like oh that doesn’t make any sense she’s like I don’t know what to tell you, sir I’m like well talk to your manager. hopefully this will help out the amigos corporation figuring out how to properly treat their customers I really do like the blue raspberry glacier twist. It is my favorite so hopefully they can figure out their stuff so I can get back there with my dog to get him some water so I can get a blue raspberry. Glacier twist. Have a fantastic day .

This place was horrendous is a simple way to put it. It took so long to get two simple tacos and a quesadilla. The tacos were dry and tasted like chemicals. The quesadilla was laying in grease, there was so much. The parts that were not soacked in grease were not bad. Overall I would say don’t go here in general.

We ordered lunch for our family through door dash. What arrived was 1 less entire meal with an Amigos receipt showing the order without the missing order that was shown correctly on the door dash order. When we called, they wanted the blame on door dash only and took no responsibility or tried to remedy the error. What did arrive was cold and beverages watered down from ice melt. Very disappointing.

Ordered in person through the drive through for simply a taco salad with no olives and regular mexi fries. Got a chicken salad with olives and small mexi fries. I sent a concern through the website and received no response. My guess is that this site is run by a manager and assistant managers with lack of literacy or care and operate the business based on that antipathy.

I went through the drive thru today with a coupon, when I presented it at the window I was told it was only for a large burrito bowl so I asked to go through the drive through and change my order to something I wanted. The cashier was extremely hostile about it and said I guess as she rolled her eyes at me. When I went through again to order she refused to speak to me at the window or look at me. Every time I come through she has a AWFUL attitude, otherwise I wouldn’t waste my time writing a review.

If someone orders boneless wings, I think common sense should dictate that a fork and napkins should be included, nope…. I told them I only wanted mayonnaise and ketchup on my burger, they gave me lettuce and tomatoes instead, they didn’t even give me ketchup for my fries I don’t care if the Boss is buying lunch, I’d rather walk up the street to Burger King, let alone try their attempt at “Mexican food”!!!!
