The worst experience I’ve had anywhere. The cashier scratched his face then started making our drinks. We ordered 2 glacier twists and he made us 2 freezes, no problem, it happens, but when we said we ordered the GT, he pointed at the board and rudely said “THIS is the freeze, and THIS is the GT.” We told him we ordered the GT and he said we’re gonna have to wait before he could remake them. We just walked out. I’ll never go here again and I’ll make sure everyone I know doesn’t come here either. Save your time and your money.

The food is great 98% of the time. I eat here frequently. Most of the people working here are very nice. I am however shocked by how dirty and unmaintained the building has become. It felt gross on my last visit.

I first went to the Amigos on 27th & Fletcher. Went to go inside & instead was rudely greeted @ the door where the worker said the dining room was still closed & had been for a very long time but would be opening to the public on Monday. He said the Amigos on Cornhusker between 33rd & 27th their dining room was open. I’m hearing impaireddeaf & can’t use the drive through so I treked down to Amigos on Cornhusker. Went into the dining room to the counter to place my order & no help @ counter so had to wait to long for my likings. A young girl came in, walked behind the counter & put her belongings away & asked me if I had been helped. Long story short Amigo’s is short staffed & has inexperienced workers. My food was cold & my Southwest chicken salad wasn’t made correctly. I was HIGHLY disappointed.

The polite lady that works nights redeemed the whole experience for me. I have been trying to find other late night options but tonight I decided I was craving a taco salad. The order was fresh, fast, and accurate. The manors at the window were refreshing. The hot food was hot and the ice cream was frozen. Not my usual experience but I can give credit where credit is due. Maybe this is the new norm for Amigos.

some fat middle aged woman with a attitude likely made the decision to hold onto nachos until the next person came and it was the most disappointing soggy batch of nachos ever. how do you mess up nachos? a lot of unwarranted stress during a mid life crisis ill tell you how. go elsewhere.
