Fantastic. A bit pricey, but honestly it’s some of the best food in this area. The shrimp scampi is seasoned well, dessert portions are HUGE and the kids pizza was even delicious. Will definitely be coming here again.

I enjoyed this location for both lunch and dinner. The crab cakes are decently sized and priced. Comes on a bed of spring mix w corn/bean salad mix. It’s a 2 in one for me. No need to order a side salad. I like the early bird menu for if you want to spend less and keep it simple.

Update, Hey all we had brunch at Amerigo with family and once more the food was excellent. Service and Amber was our waitress she was on top of her game. She knows exactly what she’s doing. She was one excellent your waitress. 5 /28/20223 Hey All let me say that America Italian Restaurant is top very clean and the employees are very nice and friendly so if you are looking for great meal you will enjoy big or small groups they can fill the Hunger needs

Came for Father’s Day Lunch. First time here. Was expecting a huge crowd and long line but they were efficient and with just two of us, we were seated immediately.

~30 minute wait on a Saturday night – to be expected. Great service, the waitress was nice enough to bring crayons for the children to draw on the table. Delicious lasagna and was super hot, made to order. Very large portions and reasonably priced. Would definitely return when I’m craving italian

I’m excited to have the opportunity to share exactly how AMAZING my dining experience was here. From the moment we entered the front doors, we were greeted as if we were family as happily escorted to our table. Our server who was equally charming and efficient took our drink order and brought a dish of herbs and oil with crusty bread for dipping. Yum! For the appetizer, we chose the artichoke cheese dip with toasted slices of baguette . (The best I’ve eaten including my own. ) Main course was Shrimp Primavera, Caesar , and washed it all down with a Gin cocktail. Everything was impeccable, but the Alfredo sauce was the star of the evening! It was, hands down, the finest pasta and sauce I’ve had the pleasure of eating. Let me say, the sauce could stand alone and be a meal in itself! Thank you Amerigo’s in Flowood for making our outing a memory that’ll last a lifetime! ❤️

The food was amazing, no disappointments there along with the atmosphere. However, the waiter we had was extremely rude from the beginning and in the end, embarrassed and humiliated a family member in front of 10 other family members and numerous surrounding guests in the restaurant. His comments should have been delivered in a much different manner and in a much more professional manner.

This place was fantastic. The inside is beautiful. Soft lighting gives it a very romantic atmosphere. The staff is accommodating and courteous. The server was polite and knowledgeable of the menu. He was able to answer all of our questions. I ordered the Seafood Pasta and it was phenomenal in looks and taste. It is an expensive place but well worth the money. I can not say enough good things about this restaurant.
