So I ordered some food last night with my dad from here and let’s just say, never coming back again. I ordered the fried pickles which came to me super dry and super cripsy. Couldn’t eat a bite out of it because the breading was like rubber. Now, the worst thing that is now leaving me sick. The potato salad. I ordered it and let’s just say, this was my final straw. I obviously went back last night to get it fixed and after getting a new salad, I took two bites and quickly threw it out because it was super grainy and had a very weird taste. Now it’s the next morning and my throat is incredibly itchy and I have the worst migraine imaginable. I really did try to like this place, but when you carelessly serve customers super moldy food, it is hard to redeem yourself.

The food here was absolutely disgusting. Not only that, but there was a bug and hair in my food. When I tried to get the guy at the front desk to give me a refund, he would not do it. Worst customer service ever. Skrimp shack across the street is so much better!!

Asked for boneless wings, when order came up they were bone in.Then when I confront acts like he don’t understand English. Oh we’re out of boneless, took one bite both wings and onion rings taste like oil mixed with fish. Wouldn’t give money back even though only one bite gone. Will be disputing with CC company. You expect with the prices these fast food places charging you’d get something worth eating.

This definitely one of the better locations. The wings were fresh and a nice size. Plus the wait was shorter than most other locations. The lemon pepper wings were good but a bit overseasoned and salty.

Had a pickup at 1:30pm and they sent me at text at 12:30pm tell me my order was ready. When I got there they try to give me wings that were sitting out for over hour. Told him no and need to give me fresh ones he had attitude and this will be last time coming here

First time we got food from here was awesome. The boneless wings were huge and tasty. I placed an order today for boneless wings and onion rings. When I arrived to pick up my order, I watched the counter employee open all of my boxes and check my order, so I assumed it was correct. Not only did I receive all bone in wings, I did not get the 3rd flavor I asked for (ordered 20 wings – not sure if there’s a limit, but grubhub let me choose 3 flavors so I did) and I also did not receive any ranch that was supposed to come with the order. The onion rings were also undercooked, mushy, and flavorless. I’m not saying I won’t come back, but it really sucks to have a long work day, look forward to an easy dinner, and then get home only to be met with disappointment.
