The guy taking my order was rude. He kept mumbling instead of enunciating his words. I asked him what it was that he said to me and he told me I can look at the screen. Seemed to say that louder and clearer. I can read fine, but if you’re speaking to me I need to hear what you’re saying. So I told him I can see the screen, I didn’t realize he was giving me my total because he wasn’t speaking clearly. All he had to do was repeat the total. Poor customer service. I didn’t say anything else because I still needed my food. The wings were good. Fries were nasty and hard. They looked like they were fried in old grease.

This place can be hit or miss. First & second time was pretty good. This time, be sure to check your food before your leave. I had whole, soft fried chicken wings with moon dust and fried cat fish. Some pieces of the chicken was burnt with very little moon dust, not all pieces soft fried. The catfish tasted more like whiting.

I ordered food for me and my brother @ around 9:30pm and before the morning hit we were both on the toilet and throwing up for hours. When I tried to get my refund the boss then tried to request my ssn, birth certificate, I’d and other illegal unethical things that should’ve never came out his mouth to a customer. They also store all their sauces both unopened and open on a hot kitchen temperature shelf that I know expires quickly because of the temperature fluctuations. The sauces they keep for customers on the counter were old and you could tell because of the separation in the bottle. and the chicken tastes like it was made with old grease on top of that the service was horrible and I never got my refund

I hadn’t been to America’s best before. I was surprised with the variety of items on the menu. I was looking for some healthier items – funny, thinking I’d find healthy here. I actually found some healthy items. The garden salad came with LOTS of toppings – lettuce, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, jalapenos, cheese, olives, and banana peppers; too many toppings for me, I should have edited them down. I also ordered steamed vegetables, which were not actually steamed but cooked on the grill top. Although they were frozen veggies, I liked them. Lastly, I ordered the whole wings with the Bomb seasoning. They were fried, so that was a treat. The wings were fried VERY hard and almost too crispy. All in all, it was more food than I could eat and I was satisfied. I would go back. Next time, I’m trying some fish.

Absolutely done with this place. The last few times the food has been disgusting. On my sandwich I can taste every single thing that has been dipped in that old grease. Fish, fries, etc! The lettuce even taste like old grease. To top it off the guy who was there looked terrible and had a terrible attitude. I asked him if he was sick and he said “I guess so.” Yes sir, you look it. If you’re sick you shouldn’t be at work, especially without a mask. Eck. I don’t know if he was cooking the food as well because I know sometimes they do that if it’s not busy. I just prayed over the food. Regardless, this americas best ruined them all for me. If you’re reading this Americas Best Wings by the Safeway, it’s time to change that grease.
