First time here. I had a wonderful time, friendly staff, fresh food, and very tasteful. I got the 3 taco dinner, which came with rice and beans and shrimp ceviche. Great atmosphere and they have a bar. I would recommend and I would return . The one downfall is a 4% fee on credit card use.

The service at Americanos was fantastic. Angela was our server. She was so attentive, friendly, and offered great recommendations!! The manager on duty, Kristine, also checked in to see how we were doing, and we really enjoyed chatting with her as well! The staff was so welcoming. This place is a must try! Highly recommend the spicy margaritas, fish tacos, and empanadas!

I have never been so disappointed in an establishment in all my years. Americanos used to be one of my favorite restaurants in my neighborhood. I never had a problem with service or management and would brag to my friends about this place until recently. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted by workers, nobody acknowledged me until they noticed I sat at a table for a larger party. I invited a few friends to meet me for food and drinks after work. We are all working professionals just looking to unwind and chat about our day. It quickly went downhill when we noticed we seemed to be bothering the server when asking for something so simple as napkins. The server brought two napkins for a party of five and looked shocked when we asked for more. Mind you, we are the only party in the restaurant at this time, so I’m not sure why it was such a bother to service us. A person in my party asked for one accommodation after spending quite a bit of money. We were told by management that they don’t make accommodations anymore amongst other things. I tried talking to the manager to get a better understanding, and he spoke to me in the most disgusting tone I’ve ever been spoken to. I thank my group mates for keeping a clear mindset during this situation because there is no reason why we should have been addressed in such a way, especially by management. Needless to say, we got the check and moved on to more accommodating establishment in the neighborhood. The saddest part is that one of my friends drove an hour to come to this establishment just to be treated terribly. I am embarrassed that I suggested this restaurant. Shame on you!

For girls night, family outings, bears games, etc. And always choose Americanos as my place! The drinks are beyond fresh and tasty, I crave the food every week, and I above all love the friendly staff! My go to is always the elote&poblano taco, chorizo tacos, and a spicy cucumber margarita! Best place in Beverly by far!

Food is subpar. Drinks are ok. The size of portions has diminished. Quality of the tacos as well. Shells are dry, food isn’t hot. Was good when it first opened but it feels like they’re cutting quality to stay open. But 4% surcharge to use my card is absolutely ridiculous. Beware. Won’t be back.

We wanted tacos and had been here ro celebrate a friend’s birthday before, so we were familiar with the place. We sat down and decided the high seats were uncomfortable and offer no foot support and decided to move. The host came and greeted us, took our drink order, and left. We arrived prior to three other families. We moved literally one table over as our waiter came. The host brought our water while we waited for the waiter to return. He waited on those three families and never returned. We were appalled, disappointed, and felt ignored, so we left. We won’t return. The experience “soured” us from returning. Apparently, we’re not important enough. I will be sharing my experience with friends and family as well.

Met some friends here for Cinco de Mayo. I have been here a few times and we have always been treated great. Our server last week was fantastic! Not sure why the negative reviews. The queso dip and pork tacos are delicious. Grilled pineapple margaritas are tasty as well.

I ordered the elotes tacos and when they arrived they were not good. They had a bizarre cheese sauce and frozen corn that was still a bit cold. I never once saw frozen corn when I lived in Mexico. Everything else that we ordered was delicious.
