This food doesn’t taste the same. Asked for no small peas and carrots. Still was in my plate. Yum Yum sauce watered-down with a nasty taste. Asked for crispy wings and they wasn’t. When I asked for new wings the cook made an excuses not to cook them because it was closing time. Lets just say I’m disappointed in them for the first time.

I came to get food for my two kids and I so that I would have a break from cooking for one night ( I am also currently pregnant ). I ordered two burger combos, fries and wings. I made it all the way home to see that the lady working the register got my order wrong and forgot a whole burger meal. I called and had to order a whole new burger meal for me to come pick up . I go back and pick it up , for me to come home and open my meal and find a curly blonde/brown hair in my food . I am so upset, the store closes at 9pm and it is currently 8:51pm so of course no one answered the phone. I will never be going back .

The customer service was horrid. I had been going there up until that point. They got into an argument with me over my pick up order they got wrong and told me I could not eat or try my food at the counter, and kept repeatedly telling me I could not wait at the counter for my food while it was being prepared like everyone else, and that I needed to sit down until they got my food ready. It was the worst experience of my life. I wish I could post the video here, will post on another site.

Very rude customer service. Tried to call an order in. When they finally answered the phone the woman hung up on me. Called back , no answer. Went in to order food and I ask to speak to the manager and they refused. It doesn’t matter how good the food is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE will ruin a business!!!!!
