Personally, American Wings is a place that is special to me. Memories of my dad and I coming here to get philly cheesesteaks and some of the “peach drank” are forever in my mind. It’s kind-of-a hole in the wall, but the experience and taste is second to none. Would most definitely recommend!

Food was good. Check you receipts they are all about getting extra $$ then not giving you the food you ordered. Then trying to charge you more$ just to get what’s already paid for as shown on receipt. Omg! Where’s the manager o’ wait that was the manager

7/30/23: I Received my food pretty fast but the service was TERRIBLE. Young girls w/ fowl mouths, talking on their phones while working and not being courteous is not ok. They were Calling orders by ticket number one minute then switching to calling orders by description and having an attitude with the customers for being confused. Either they are training employees terribly or not at all.

Weak. The boneless wings were rubbery and very greasy. I ordered the Cajun seasoning and it really wasn’t there, they were seasoned but not very Cajun-y. The onion rings were frozen and fair at best. I probably wouldn’t try this place again.

Wing have gone to trash. They are small and dry. We use to love this place but they have went to the lowest quality of wing and selling for premium. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for wings.

This location waited until I showed up to cook the rest of my order. Defeated the purpose of calling the order in. My cheaper food items were handed to me to get cold while they finished up. So chicken tenders and fries were cold waiting for my 3 large shrimp fried rice orders. I spent $50 for this.

In town for business and decided to try this restaurant 3/31 around 5:45pm. My order number on my receipt was 0135 and I ordered to-go. The Server name on the receipt just said “Boss”. The wings were great. Not the best I’ve had as someone who loves wings and travel around the country frequently. The reason for the two stars was the downright disgusting customer service from the counter lady. I was in the area and noticed it was a bit of a rough neighborhood so maybe customer service was not a top priority for this restaurant, BUT any business should know if it wants repeat customers and positive word of mouth then it should start training the staff to be more polite. A smile and a thank you doesn’t cost anything.
