This is a nice little restaurant that seems to have a lot of regulars. There’s a wide variety of options and if they don’t have exactly what you want, it is easy to customize your meal. We stopped in for breakfast, but there is a menu for supper as well. The servers were friendly and came around the fill up everyone’s coffee often. I would definitely go back.

Went there for breakfast and what a disappointment. Steak skillet was my choice and the steak pieces were like tiny kibbles. Our friend’s french toast with berries had hair in it beneath the whip cream. Staff never even offered as much as an apology. Won’t return!!!

Sweetest little restaurant! We eat here almost every Saturday! Not only is the food delicious but I have never experienced a kinder staff. Every single person is outgoing and so friendly! We stopped by here for the first time this past weekend. We arrived fairly early and didn’t have to wait. Service was friendly and prompt. My Philly omelette was okay. The small cubes of steak were not especially flavorful and a bit tough/chewy. Everything else in the dish was good. I think I’ll just stay away from the steak on future visits as the menu did have a lot of other choices.

Just left American Skillet after our first but certainly not last visit. We were looking for a restaurant that served all day breakfast. We also prefer a locally owned place. American Skillet exceeded our expectations. Beautifully decorated, friendly staff, amazing food. Perfectly priced.

Ok I’m a little confused I just posted a review of this place a few minutes ago I thought I it reviewed that and posted it a long time back but it came up so I hit save just in case it was not there this is a new one. This time had Reuben with fries. I like this one too I have a good breakfast and good Reubens. It wasn’t too heavy on the Thousand Island that was good corned beef was good and the bottom piece of bread was slightly soggy but not bad overall I really enjoyed it and I would recommend the Rubens to anyone who comes there. It must have been a birthday of the owner because she had flowers on the counter by the cash register that was fun. Apparently she’s been working there for 20 years maybe. Is the daughter is working there and likes working there. That would be cool if that restaurant would be taken over by the Next Generation.

Went there this morning and the service at first was great, but then we noticed 2 tables that came in 5-10 minutes after us had their food already (we had waited over 30 minutes at this point and it wasn’t busy yet) we mentioned something to the lady that was filling out drinks (not even our original waitress, she never came back for drinks just brought our food out). We never had any follow up and still waited another 10-15 minutes for our food by this time the two tables that came before us had eaten paid and left. No apologies and the food was super bland. We won’t be back
