American Pie in Zebulon- we always try to support local businesses but we unfortunately won’t be able to return. I tried to call and speak with an actual adult to voice my concerns regarding the quality of our to go pizza, and got a surly response from a teenager who said to bad that our pizza was missing any cheese at all on a supreme pizza, along with hardly any other toppings. Our order was over $50. My husband only looked at one of the pizzas that they showed him before leaving with our to go order. They need adult supervision at this location.

Ordered a pizza with mushrooms on it on a Saturday night. Picked it up at 8:55 pm. Got it home and when we opened up the pizza box with mushrooms were obviously spoiled. Slimy and with a bad smell. One tasted confirmed the mushrooms were bad. Since they were closed until Monday we could not take it back. Took pictures and threw the pizza away. Went in the following Tuesday and told them what had happened. Showed the pictures and they said there was nothing they could do because we did not return it that night (after they were closed). Well there is something we can do. Never do business with them again and tell anyone who will listen about our experience. Great job with customer service (sarcasm).

Well we love coming to this place to get pizza. We come almost every month, because it is so good. Plus they have great prices for there pizzas. The service there is also great. The cashiers are always helpful and know when we come, that our order is ready for us.

My wife & I lived the pizza we got the first 2 times we ordered from here. But these last 2 experiences have gone downhill. The time before now, our supreme pizza was undercooked but we didn’t say anything. This time, neither of us got the garlic bread that was supposed to come with our spaghetti & alfredo after I specifically asked if it came with it when I placed my to go order. My wife’s spaghetti was not hot after I had to wait a few extra minutes after being told it was still in the oven. My alfredo was dry & almost seemed to be just spaghetti noodles covered in melted cheese with no alfredo sauce. We were very disappointed. Not sure if we will be ordering from here again.

Buffet was great as usual my only wish is there was a way they could/would label the pizzas that are in the buffet so you don’t have to ask about so many of them or just randomly guess at what the toppings are.

Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. I’ll be buried with a box of their baked potato pizza. Order the butter balls. Service is great and the dining room is a nice place as well.
