I’m not really sure I have enough adequate words to describe how good these sandwiches were. They nail every aspect of the sandwich. The bread stays light and fluffy. The sandwich (even the one filled with mac and cheese) isn’t at all greasy or heavy. Nothing lands heavy. The ingredients are all top quality and delicious. I can’t believe it’s been 30 minutes from home for 10 years and I had no idea.

All I can say is…the man makes a mean grilled cheese! There are so many options on the menu it is hard to choose – or you can build your own. Each of us loved the sandwich we got, and there was even a plant-based cheese option for the vegan in our group! To top it all off there are two dessert grilled cheeses. We had the s’mores – chocolate, cinnamon graham, and mascarpone cheese all on a grilled glazed donut. It was SO good!

This is an absolute must for anyone wanting a phenomenal sandwich! Not only is the menu creative, but if you can’t find anything that tickles your fancy, you can build your own sandwich! The selling point for me was the option for gluten free bread. I always struggle to find good sandwich places and this was hands down the best gluten free sandwich I’ve ever had.

Upscale grilled cheese variations: they’re all good, I like the club. Fries and sodas on the side. It’s a shack in a parking lot in an industrial area with picnic tables and benches, but the scenery has its own Jersey-style appeal and I almost always eat in the parking lot if my lunch companion is up for it. I order online so it’s ready when I get there.

Who knew a grilled cheese could be gourmet? This place has the grilled cheese game on lock. And by place I mean shack. There’s no inside, just a few tables and chairs out near the parking lot to enjoy your creation or one of the specials. There may be a bit of a wait but it’s worth it.

Quality meats and cheeses with awesome crisp on your bread that is meant to enjoyed the minute it comes off the griddle. There’s free parking and a patio outside to enjoy these delicious sandwiches.
