The food and service here were great. The wait staff are very friendly and helpful. The flatbreads are very good. They offer gluten free crust and vegan flatbread. We also loved the lavender lemonade. They also offer a gluten free, vegan woopie pie for dessert.

We love American Flatbread since it has gone under new management. We live across the street, and it’s the perfect neighborhood restaurant for great flatbread pizza and a family night of bowling. Staff are always kind and welcoming. The salads are fresh and flavorful.

This place is great. The food is great. The bowling is awesome.the cocktails are delicious. This place is a hidden gem downtown. You should go. I want this place to exist. But be warned, the back patio overlooks a community of undesirables doing undesirable things. As long as you’re not back there, you’re gonna have a great time.

Ordered a pizza online Monday night at 830. The order went through no issues. I showed up to pickup the pizza and they never even started cooking it. The manager came out and told me they closed early and that he shut the online ordering off and couldn’t figure out how I ordered. He found my order in the system and said the only option he has is to void it out and I won’t be charged. Didn’t help the fact I still had no food to eat. I never received a call saying they were closing early and was made to feel like I did something wrong ordering online. I do see another review here with a similar story. Seems like this facility closes on their own regardless of posted hours. Anyways to make it even worse I was still charged for the pizza even though I was told to not worry about it. So now I have to waste more time calling the store telling this story all over again to get a refund for a pizza that was never even made. There is most certainly some coaching moments for the staff on this one.

Very nice staff, awesome vibes, and delicious pizza. We came here for the discount after going to the Salem Witch Museum, and we were very happy with the whole experience. We had the Punctuated Equilibrium flatbread.

Wow, wow, WOW ! This is the best pizza in Salem, coming from a NY’er whose been looking for over a year! The service +, our waiter actually picked fresh basil for us to have on our pizza, and they use organic ingredients, all pizzas made to order, and they are friendliest staff EVER, you must come and get it on the best pizza in town smile

Delicious! Under new management as of June 2022. The Flying Hawaiian pizza was amazing and the Summer Sangria hit the sweet spot! They also have vegan and nut free options for those with allergies. Highly recommend. Located in down town Salem near Pickering Warf.
