By FAR, the WORST take out I have ever gotten. Ordered the grilled chicken salad. I seriously couldn’t tell what the meat was. It was a brown, SUPER GREASY, gristley blob and chopped like a philly steak with small bone fragments in it. On top of it they put pickles in my salad. No where does it say pickles are a part of the salad. I took it back thinking I got the wrong order and they put philly steak on it not chicken. I also said no cucumbers but. of course those were in the salad. The 2nd one was just as bad if not worse than the first one. This time they also forgot to put green peppers and banana peppers on it & this one also had pickles in it. (Menu says tomato, onions, green peppers, cucumbers, and banana peppers.) Both ended in the trash as I was so grossed out by this meat that I would rather be hungry than eat this mystery meat. It was worse chicken than at the cheapest Chinese restaurant you’ve ever been too. I did order this salad one time before at the location on Eastern Blvd. and it was fine. The meat was a sliced chicken breast. The one on Vaughn & Taylor was DISGUSTING. I will NEVER go back.

The young lady behind the counter was very unprofessional and rude. When she opened my box for me to check my food, my wings were the wrong flavor and she refused to accommodate me stating that she did not know where my ticket was. I proceed to tell her what I ordered and she stood there and looked at me like I was in the wrong. American Deli, if you’re going to have teenagers working, please train them properly.

Decent food. Absolutely miserable customer service. Young lady at the front counter more interested in playing on her cell phone then taking orders. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated more poorly in any restaurant in the city. Abysmal.

The Fries was on point! It was a meal by itself….I’m still stuffing my mouth right now. May the odds be in your favor. Oh yea don’t forget the Drink & the Staff (The young lady that runs the front)

Absolutely TRASH! They’re very rude and wings are cooked too early to be served to people. They don’t open on time and see you standing outside waiting!! Whoever manages it need to shut down and really do something about the smell in that location. Complete Garbage

I ordered from this American Deli tonight once I got home and placed the plate in front of me I got a foul smell which smelt like mildew and I open the plate and my food smell as if it was spoiled I decided to taste one of the wings and the wings tasted like they were spoiled really bad. I’m going to take it back first thing in the morning and see if they replace my food. This will most definitely be my last time. I also call but there was no answer

I got their fried rice and mild lemon pepper wings combo. It’s was great. The wings weren’t dry and it was just enough seasoning. Some places put to much on but there’s were on point. There fried rice comes with veggies that I love. The gentleman that took my order was pleasant.
