I paid extra money to get double meat on my sandwich, and they gave me basically the same amount as the regular sandwich. When the manager came in, I showed her both boxes and she said well we charge different from other places and make up our own prices for the amount of what you get. For over $50 on my 3 combo meals I won’t be eating here again

It’s always a hit or miss, depending on location. I will not return to this location. The cod fish comes with bones, maybe I’m used to eating fish without bones. The fried rice was soggy and over cooked for me. Customer service needs improvement. Lastly, the restroom could use some service, had to let the staff know the toilet would not flush. This was my experience and hopefully yours will be better.

The guy taking orders for drive thru was rude. The Philly used to be great. It was horrible tonight. The meat was as if it was pre-cooked then microwaved when ordered. It was definitely not cooked to order fresh. We gotthe food way to fast to be fresh. They charged us 45 bucks for three Phillys and one order of fries. When it’s done right, don’t mind paying a little extra for good food. Absolutely terrible experience tonight. I wonder if the owner will respond and try to get us to come back? I would give them another chance if they give me my phillys on the house next time and cooked properly. Probably not. We have been regulars for over a year. Something has happened here and it’s not good.

The food was very good! We got everything we ordered and it was fresh, hot tasty food!! Tables were dirty and the floor was dirty, but it was Saturday at lunch on a spring break weekend. They were understaffed, but they kept up as best as they could. They have the best fries I have had in a long time!! Our grandkids were very happy with their food!! My husband was slightly disappointed in the sub sandwich he got, but he said it tasted good.

My first and last time visiting American Deli in Eufaula,Al ordered food, cashier rang order up wrong, then when I got my food I asked for crispy because I hate all the extra fat meat on any wings, the manager with her rude self told me she wouldn’t fix my order and I couldn’t get my money back. Mayor Tibbs needs to pay them a visit because the hardworking ppl of the town should be able to get their money back if the order is wrong and they don’t want to fix it. But the manager there is so RUDE and all the flies OMG they were so many in there flying over your food, I will never spend a dime in there again and hope they close it down.

For what you get in food it’s pricey. I got a hamburger w/no bun because I’m trying to eat healthy. Hamburger was not that great, small patty. Not really to many choices to pick if you are trying to eat healthy.

What I know is. When you get it you must eat. Food (rice ) especially doesn’t stand a chance if you wait beyond 5 minutes to eat it. Pick up the food drive off, go through (2) lights, and make it back to the parking lot at work it’s hard just like it was never cooked. You call and complain, and American Deli tells you that it’s too late to return to get another meal or a refund.
