Waste of time called to place order over the phone since there was no online ordering option only to be told they don’t accept call in and that I would have to come in and order. I then drive 25 mins to be told that this location doesn’t sell rice! Which could have saved me time and gas had I been able to get that information over the phone.

The prices are good. But they never answer the phone and they usual can’t or won’t do all flats. The service is a little slow but that’s because everything is cooked fresh. The food is always cooked to perfection. I mean like every single time! They never ever disappoint me. I can’t stress enough how perfect their execution of food is! The customer service is pretty good too most of the time. Especially if the young guy is there is the front. He is very professional and courteous consistently. This place is A1!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would.Every time I go in they are dirty I have to see decent eating and cooking environment. I work both with doordash and in a commercial kitchen. Upon receiving multiple doordash orders at once I was refused a drink carrier so I could have the ability to transport. I have received attitude and rude comments from employees and upper management. This is a sad excuse for an overpriced restaurant and I would not eat here if my life was dependent on it.

Decent Philly cheesesteaks at a fair price! I wish they would invest in a commercial potato cutter for some fresh fries! That frozen taste on the fries was a turn off! I would still recommend this place on your travels through the Deep South!

I rally like American Deli. I think they’re one of the top wings spots on my list. The food is cooked fresh but my only issue is with the wings. If you order a 10 pieces or more of their wings they will always put these tiny pieces that looks like a chicken wing but make you wonder how da hell it get so tiny! Then they’ll place it at the bottom of the wing pile so all the regular size wings are on the top. I’ve complained about this before as I really loved their lemon-pepper hot wings but if I order 10, I’m really just getting about 5 regular wings. They really need to stop serving people these roach size pieces of meat they call wings.

The best wet hot wings in the Huntsville area. I am a big wingstop fan. But the one here in town is not that good. Not compared to the wing stops in Montgomery, Jackson Tn. Or Memphis. Dont know why, just not that good here. American Deli all the way.
