Went during lunch time, so I expected it to be busy and it was. The ladies taking orders were cordial. My food was fresh and hot. They should remove the tables and chairs if they do not allow in restaurant dining.

5-2-23 @1:30pm. The lady that handed our food to us was nice… The fries were old, not 2 hrs old. At least a day. Theres no way those fries were cooked that day. The fish was just ok, not good enough that I’d eat there again or recommend it to anyone I liked. Just ok. My wife had the Philly cheese steak, a few minutes later she was vomiting in the trash can. Not saying the sandwich did it, but she wasn’t sick before she eat. Hope things get better for them.

I was so excited to pass by this little gem as I was working here today. I used to eat this for lunch all the time in Georgia not knowing that they had them in Alabama as well. The store was nice and clean, sweet lady and young man at the register were really friendly and professional. The food was absolutely delicious and ready when the app said it would be ready. And that sweet lady up front really went above and beyond. Wonderful visit all the way around.

I always have a good experience with food and customer service at this store, but for some reason the manager of this store would not fix the issue I had with over cooked boneless chicken wings that had a burnt taste to it. He told me “if it’s burnt it would be black” and my next thought was you definitely don’t cook often!! Clearly the grease needed to be changed, I asked him what he was going to do about it and he said nothing. I love American deli but after this I won’t be going back!! Spent 40 bucks to only be able to eat the fries on 4 meals!!

Lemon pepper wings were season well and good. Gyro lamb was hard. Requested no ice in drink, it had ice. Request blue cheese dressing received ranch, requested season on fries, no seasoning.

Their cheesesteaks are as good as the ones I used to get up in PA. My husband likes their catfish and my daughter loves their fried rice. My daughter LOVES their fruit punch, she said it is the best she has ever had. We always finish our meal off with the chocolate cake or red velvet cake. They are both fantastic!
