Food was amazing… service was not. Placed a mobile order and still took nearly 20 minutes after the time the app said the meal would be ready. The young woman at the counter probably needed help. It started getting busy and service slowed. I ordered Lemon Pepper wings wet and half shrimp fried rice. The rice portion was that of a full meal and the wings had so much flavor. I wish there was an American Deli where I live.

This place is super ratchet. The females were swating flies on the line (not wiping anything down) as well as eating on the line in front of the customers. They did not wash their hands not one time. When people are paying their hard earned money…yall need to do whatever to keep the customers coming. Not running us away. You guys need to hire some more professional staff. Just because this is Cleveland Ave does not mean be ratchet at this establishment. Smh.

This place usually doesn’t have the best service but tonight the two girls working the counter were PHENOMENAL. Speedy, efficient, and super friendly! Our cashier was a light skinned woman with a bob and pretty eyes and her customer service was Top notch!!

I ordered a chicken philly combo that cost almost 11$ and that’s what I got called and complained and just got a small box of chicken. This is horrible service I couldn’t even get my food remade fresh!!!! I would not recommend this American Deli to anyone
