The food is pretty good. Definitely fresh and hot! The staff is friendly and hardworking every time I have visited this location. Prices are fair $$. My star deduction is for the long wait periods on getting your order at a fast food location. They may be understaffed in the back not sure. Other than that we really did enjoy the wings.

Update: Service was terrible even for a mall restaurant. Seems to be the only thing that’s consistent across American deli locations. I didn’t finish my order and I won’t visit again. I definitely don’t recommend eating there

Tried some boneless wings and fries here. Not bad to taste. A lot of oil though in the wings. The chicken itself was fresh and soft but the preparation could have been better.

I literally just left this place opened my box to see they only gave me 5 wings and I paid for 10. I’m so furious and now they aren’t answering the phone. Do not service this place: GW WINGS IS BETTER. These wings already higher and they have the nerve to mess up orders smh!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The voicemail is extremely unprofessional “Hellllo? Nope, this is a voicemail….”. I finally got an employee and they said I had the wrong restaurant regarding the 30 WINGS left off my order; not to mention fries were cold. I went back to the DoorDash app and it was indeed this EXACT RESTAURANT. I drove to another American Deli (Powers Ferry Rd) to place a second order. Yes, I had to drive after placing a delivery. I try not to leave negative reviews as I fully believe in Karma however this was ridiculous, and I want to save others from frustration.
