Poor customer service. Woman at register wearing a cut off Tshirt showing stomach and back area of the body….not appropriate when working at any food/restaurant environment. Also had headphones in her ears and was too busy watching videos on her phone instead of being helpful. Customer service just ain’t the same anymore. I’m not expecting above and beyond but it’s common sense if you have poor service + bad representation = bad sales & no revenue. ♀️

Lady at the register was very rude, combative for no reason and ghetto. I literally came in with a good attitude being nice and it seem like she was going out of her way to be rude and disrespectful. Also the food was gross had an odd smell they may not be storing food properly. Also had a strange after taste. I’ve been to several American delis and the consistency is off with this one.

Horrible experience. Never have I been to an American Deli that puts mayo on their sandwiches and doesn’t specifically say so. I had to return to have this fixed and was met with attitude and all this to be given my original order of frys, just a little colder. Atlanta is truly crumbling, get out while while you can.

Food is great, Service isn’t bad . I think it is very gross how they give you a cup with ice instead of allowing you to pour your own drink. I’m not sure when they last did an inspection but some of their practices don’t seem very sanitary

No lie. The food is great. However, maybe it’s me, but their closing times really get to me. One time we walked up at 8:30, the young said we’re closing. Then, another time we were able to order, but they said they were closing to someone at a different time. Online, it says 9pm. I’m just saying! What kind of business is this? How it’s being run is confusing and unprofessional. This truly takes away from the food being good. 8 is to early for any food business.

Went down hill for a while. Seems to be better now. Now owned by the same people that own the one over on Glenwood, which has been pretty good. I spoke too soon. See attached photo. I was told if i wanted enough meat to fill the whole bun i had to pay for extra meat.

food was pretty good but the store could use some upgrades appearance wise. looks like someone threw a handful of dead roaches in there and paper towels on the floor. bathroom was also questionable. no soap, more roaches, oh! and don’t forget to hold the toilet flush handle for “20 seconds” or it’ll flood!
