Ordered Boneless Wings tossed in two different sauces and instead I received chicken nuggets coated in Buffalo sauce and lemon pepper. The fries were not crispy- soggy and not warm. I’ve been to other American deli locations plenty of times and was happy to have one in the neighborhood finally but I have never received nuggets in place of boneless wings. Then cover most of it with fries when you open the plate is wrong

Forgot mine chicken tenders. When I call the cashier came at me with a nasty attitude with WHAT YOU TRYING TO GAIN. Really I just drop over $80 in this place yall simple forgot my tenders either give me the tenders or refund mine money. You can check your cameras if it that deep but really I said so than she said bring your receipt and we’ll fix it for you got. Ok then the manager came to me with a nasty attitude about looking at the food but if the tenders was never given there’s nothing to look at. She show me some of the food but once again the tenders was never placed on the counter. Will never eat here again

This location used to be great however , POOR food quality the service has gone down and the prices are currently increasing. $ 7 upcharge for a mixed flavor is RIDICULOUS…the owner then has the audacity to try an explain why my one order is paying for his bottle of honey! I had the combo hamburger with fries. The taste of the food brought me back to the 1970s where hamburgers were made the proper way. The hamburger was large with what I ordered on it and there was a lot of fries. What I also liked about The American Deli is they don’t salt the fries but give you an option of three seasoning you can put on yourself – Season salt, Lemon Pepper and regular salt. Very health conscious. I will definitely come back again and again.

This new establishment started off good. Their food WAS good and WAS worth me driving pass several different food establishment to pay their higher prices. Today, the buck stopped. The wings I ordered was horrible, bloody fried and tossed in sauce with half fried fries. I complained to the manager would never provided his name and there was a language barrier. I think the word “review” triggered his anger because what I thought I heard him say next was “I don’t care nothin about reviews”. These are hard times. Business owners should show gratitude and be respectful to their customers. If you don’t care Tyrone American Deli, then I don’t care. Patrons if you expect good customer service and good food, you probably should go elsewhere.

Never again will we order from doordash or in person. We spent over $70+. Ordered fish… no tartar sauce.. ordered wings .. no ranch. My mom called the store about the order, and the girl says “ummm,” and hangs up. Just NO!

Disappointed in this location. Walked in and a worker was sitting behind the counter eating wings and licking her fingers and not once did she wash her hands before handling food and drinks for other customers.
