I called wanting to place an order. But before I could even asked the question I was rudely interrupted by the worker telling me that they do not accept orders over the phone. I then asked if I could just get a price on wings and the lady HUNG UP IN MY FACE. I then proceeded to call the restaurant 3 times before I could get an answer. It was a different lady to pick up the phone this time and before even greeting me on the phone she immediately said “We are not taking orders over the phone.” I asked her simply for a price and she told me in such a rude tone. Haven’t been here in a year but service has definitely went down and the employees are trashy and unprofessional. I would’ve definitely given them a 0 if I could. I suggest that management start looking for people who are ACTUALLY willing to work and can communicate/interact with others well.

It’s a pretty good AD but the lady who works Friday evening needs to stop asking for tips. It’s annoying and I don’t think her service is worth a tip but I do every time. Please tell her to stop

The cashier was rude as hell I asked for a large drink at the same time she over talked me and said ranch or blue cheese. My fires was covered in the sauce for the wings as if they just poured the bottle on the wings inside of carton smfh never will ever return the energy there is off

I’ve been coming here for a while. It’s convenient and on my way home. I had it timed that I could call in my order and it was being packed up when I arrived. Yesterday, I called a couple of times and the phone just rang and rang. Today, I called and was greeted with “we no longer take call in orders, you have to come in to place an order”. What kind of restaurant doesn’t take call in orders?! That’s absurd!

I used to love American deli years ago. Lately they’ve gotten very skimpy on everything! The whiting fish is paper thin. They slice one piece of fish 3 times to make a 4 piece fish. I’m still hungry afterwards. The first time it happened I was thinking, it was a mistake but no this has become the norm for them. I suggest you find a small business to support and get what you are paying for.

This location is absolutely horrible. The cashiers are so SLOW. The older lady which I believe is the owners wife DOES NOT understand how to do the job she’s been given. She needs to be taken off of the register. She also does not know how to prepare the customers items. She literally has to read the receipt six times and open up the food containers to double and triple check it. She has no confidence in her ability to perform her job properly. I understand you’re short of help but this is just ridiculous. It’s as if you’re making a woman work who doesn’t want to be there and doesn’t fully understand or even comprehend the job given to her. It’s sad to watch. I feel that she is confused and doing her absolute best. With that being said though she doesn’t seem capable of handling her responsibilities in a timely manner. It’s making for a very negative experience for the customers who dine here.
