First I must say I had a few good experiences initially but over the last Several times I came here they have shown that they just don’t care. I specifically ask for my wing to be cooked soft fresh and not refried however they insist on giving wings that sit in the basket for long periods and overcook the fries. I won’t be coming back I was a regular and had to beg for service on my last experience I hate leaving negative reviews but I’ve wasted my money way too many times here

Whomever the young lady was who rudely took my order May 4th, 2022 (140pm) should be fired. She was disrespectful to my face turning back to the the other young lady who was with her to talk s*** like I was not standing there and laughing.. She was not thoroughly listening to my questions nor was she clear about her answers. I cancelled my order and just walked out; it was cheat day anyways. Not worth the rudeness

I’ve frequented this location many times in the past. Food was always fresh and good. Went in on last Thursday. Ordered wings and Philly cheesesteak for myself and my daughter and the food was awful. The wings had been pre- fried and they just put them back in the grease once ordered and put sauce over them. The bones were black. Also, how do you get cheesesteak wrong? It actually tasted sour. I will not be going back and I hope that people pay attention to the food they order.

Never order from them online for delivery because they will not get your order right and when you call to complain they won’t answer the phone I got nothing that I ordered. I will never order again nor use a delivery service because they are not allowed to view the order so they don’t know it wrong until they deliver to you

This is one of the best places to eat. I always get the philly cheese steak and the chicken tenders. They’re absolutely delicious and well priced. The only complaint is that when I order, they always forget to give me ranch for my chicken even when I pay for extra. But other than that, they’re perfect!

First time going here and don’t understand why they are still open. I ordered a 10-piece mild with chicken fried rice and it was very disgusting chicken fried in old burnt grease rice was terrible and had an awful taste and it came up to $14 and they tell me that it didn’t come with a drink. I went to buy food there and started speaking Spanish as a black Latino that I am , they were acting like they couldn’t understand me when everybody there looks like they just recently got their green card . I went late at night and it was a guy there , heavy set looks like Frankenstein with a mean look on his face . I told him to smile and the dude acted like if I was speaking pig Latin . You could tell the people who work there are not trained to deal with customers . I will never go there again .
