Not really impressed people look depressed, wings weren’t good it’s like they’re not consistent with the sauce. (Lemon Pepper, Hot, Wet Mix) IDK I’ve had other American deli and this one just wasn’t up to standard. If y’all don’t like working there don’t take it out in our food just change jobs. Cause we’re out here paying your bills by coming there and it’s frustrating when there are employees doing a half as job and then I gotta make trips back and forth to get my order right. I also noticed the wings seem like they’re getting smaller and smaller and y’all charging more and more what’s up with that? I know this is a franchise but FRANCHISE OWNER STEP YOUR STORE UP YOU’RE TRASH and your management and business ownership is as!

The lady in the kitchen is rude. First off, they cheated me out my food. Cool no problem, then I look to see I was giving a piece of chicken that looks like somebody had bit off of it. How she has a whole attitude when I paid for my food to look and be particular way? I am officially done with this location.

I would have given another star but I did not like the fish. I got the 2pc whiting. The fries were great, they were generous with the seasoning sauce. The fish smelled strong and I didn’t like the taste either. My sister got the beef Philly cheese steak meal. She said it was pretty good. The restaurant itself could use a makeover. I would eat here again and recommend.

American Deli is always hit or miss. They have this routine where they half cook the wings & just let them sit in the fryer & then they re-drop them after u arrive so they’ll be hot, but what they fail to realize is that that dries the wings out & makes them tougher. And then when u ask them to cook them fresh… their boss comes out & rudely insists that it is indeed fresh & will offer to trash it before he’ll allow the crew to just simply cook it fresh. But to be fair…. there has been times where I did get fresh wings & let’s just say there’s a huge difference

False advertising 30pc family pack is the same as getting a 30pc wings only. You don’t get nothing extra no drinks no fries nothing. It’s the same exact meal but two different things on the menu.

Ordered a Chefs salad and 5 pc wing. The lettuce was not fresh, it was wet and soggy along with the vegetables: onions and cucumber. The cheese had no taste. The salad was a sloppy watery mess.

2nd time in 2 weeks service was horrible. I had a call in order and went to pick up 40 minutes after I places it. Waited almost another 45 minutes. The cashier gave my order to someone else then shuts the box and looks at me. I asked for my money back.
