I ordered the philly wings combo. I could see an older man training a young female on the grill. This WAS my favorite spot to stop when im in Fayetteville. The sandwich was tough, dry and inedible. It was extremely salty! I had my husband to try it. He immediately spit it out! I tried to call several times but they do not answer their phone. Sooo mad!!!!! I just wasted $20!

Food is always good. The restrooms are blocked off and there’s no place to sit/dine-in. COVID is over; it’s time to get back to normal.

Rude customer service we waited over 40 minutes for these wings. They didn’t wanna compensate us at all but the black young lady with the dimples gave her friend a free drink. The other young lady was eating people fries.. and the wings are big never ordering here again. I will be getting my money back

The young lady with the blonde/brown hair and the young man at the front have no customer service whatsoever. Completely no regard for anyone but themselves , came in while the female was coughing , hacking and blowing her hot stank breath across the counter. Completely turned off by this location, & the owner said absolutely nothing. Will take my business elsewhere

Dont come here if you have a seafood allergy they cook the wings with the fish! crossed contamination like a.. use two different oils stop being cheap

I’m sooooo freaking irritated. American Deli is my cheat meal so I ordered everything. I knew it would be an issue because my regular location is either East point or the one in THE FAYETTEVILLE PAVILION!! The one in the pavilion is literally the best. Back to my experience from this location. I ordered $50 worth of food. The wings were very hard and deformed. I did not enjoy my food at all. The Philly was extremely overcooked as well. Completely Burt & dry. They never chop it the way they’re supposed to giving fat slabs of tough steak . I’m soooo disappointed and will never if at this American deli again. The young black girl working the front had exceptional service. The only good part of the meal.

Such a disappointment.. The reviews aren’t lying! This wasn’t anything like the other good American deli’s. I’ve honestly had them in all areas of Georgia and now this place I won’t go back. The service was fine but my meal was definitely off tasting and not prepared like usual
