Ordered BBQ (5 wings) take out. Was told it would take 15-20 minutes because the food is prepared fresh. My order was ready in 5-8 minutes and were slathered in sauce. The 3 wings I tried when I got home were tiny with one of the straight wing bones the size of a toothpick. I tried to call to complain but no one answered the phone.

DO NOT GO HERE. This is an independent owned American Deli. Other stores include fries with the family pack of wings – and advertise it online. Not this one. When I am paying more than $50, then I should get more with the wings. Receptionist was no help. “We don’t do that here” rather than see if manager is available. DON’T GO HERE. Go around the corner to another one.

I have arrived here a couple of times here before and they would be completely closed when they were supposed to be open. They close when they want too. That’s bad business. Nobody wants to waste gas or time.
