My experience was horrible. I came in to pick up order that I placed over the phone order was incorrect. I asked for manager Viola or Biola??? She refused to accommodate me after getting my order wrong. She was rude, inconsiderate, and nonchalant. I will never ever spend another dollar at this location as long as Viola/ Biola is the manager!!!

No dine in allowed. I was ignored when I asked why there’s no Dine in allowed. They don’t offer to give you your drink while you wait. I had to ask twice for that. I would not recommend it.

They got my order wrong and when I asked about it the cashier told me and I quote “I don’t got time for this let me get the manager” the manager than proceeds to give me attitude about my meal and after I asked what’s the attitude about she told me I can get a refund . She never apologized for the inconvenience. She never tried to help me she blamed me for the order being wrong when it was the cashier’s fault and the people who make the food . I asked for the owners number she told me she can’t give me a number and she’ll be at work Monday after 5 so I’ll be back Monday after 5 n everyday until I see her to tell her to check her workers .. it’s unacceptable
