I used to work in St Paul and would come here at least once a week. I had an appointment in St Paul and so made it a point to come here again. After 12 years away I was very happy to find that the both the food and service were as good as I remembered. My only disappointment is that I do not have the opportunity to come here more often.

Stopped in here because it looked good and all the locals at the conference I was in town for, said it was excellent. They wasn’t lying the jumbolia rice was the best.

One of my favorite places to catch good and affordable lunch during the work week. $7.00 for a container of Blackened chicken or Bourbon chicken and two sides (red beans and rice, cooked cabbage, potatoes, etc.). So worth trying this place if you haven’t yet. Family operated and have been located here for years.
