This is a hidden gem! The food is FANTASTIC, the desserts are INCREDIBLE, and the owners are SUPER NICE people!!! My wife, daughter, and I stopped here on a whim while on a business trip, and ended up hanging out and talking with the owners for a few hours. It was the highlight of our trip. Great lunch fare, and some awesome desserts (make sure you leave room!). Eat here!!!! It’s worth the trip!!!

Another great pick from Google maps for a local eatery! We were driving through Waldron just after lunchtime on Sunday and asked Google maps for a recommendation. Amber’s Bistro came up first on the list and it’s a 5 star pick for sure. Perfect spot for a light lunch, we had the soup of the day, cream of chicken and rice, with a sandwich. The soup was warm and inviting, just like the owner. As we were finishing our meal, we chatted about small town life. We felt welcome, something you don’t always get in a small town cafe. We will be making Amber’s Bistro our stopping spot for lunch in Waldron.

This is a hidden gem! Heavy on Greek food choices, but also other items to choose from. Very fresh! I am so happy to have found it, we will be taking the 45 minute drive often, it’s worth it.

No matter what tickles your taste buds, you and everyone with you will find something here that can satisfy and hold you over until the next stop of your journey. A delightful atmosphere and pleasant hosts massage your spirit while the food is hitting the spot. And if you’re like me and have a craving for a little something out of the ordinary, a Grecian Gyro among other Greek and Italian items await you! You local folk, don’t be shy and give it a try! If not, then no worries, a variety of sandwiches, soups, and salads will answer the call! Thanks Debbie and Amber! It was delicious and I really enjoyed the good conversations with you and the other patrons, and the yummy Baklava to top it all off!

What a delightful find! Making the drive from Hot Springs up to Tulsa, we found this spot on the map as a potential lunch find. It was just perfect. We so enjoyed the meal, and our cupcakes were just amazing. Seriously, don’t skip desert! We enjoyed our conversation with Amber & her mom about the bistro and life in Waldron, and it was a great part of our visit to Arkansas.

Employee offered me a chance to have dinner in the restaurant but I had just arrived after work. Its perfect to stop in for coffee and dessert. Great idea for a couple . Not noisy even though it was busy that afternoon employees didn’t become rude to customers. It’s a new business and I believe it will continue to be popular. YOU GOTTA CHECK OUT THE DESSERTS!!

This place was not good. We won’t be back again. The food was gross. Everything seemed to be out of date. I could go on and on about how awful this place was, so I’m just going to say turn around and find a McDonald’s or Sonic and don’t waste your money here.
