During my long-term business trip, I had breakfast here every morning. The menu was extensive, and some breads and bacon were particularly delicious. I also enjoyed occasional dinners here. The steaks and seafood were fresh and flavorful, and the portion sizes were satisfying. In the evenings, I would indulge in craft beer while enjoying live performances. The music added to the ambiance, creating special moments. The staff provided excellent service and always greeted me with a smile. My stay at the restaurants in America created unforgettable memories.

We got room service to the Holiday Inn. That shouldn’t affect the quality of their food. My Filet was done perfectly. My friend specifically asked for a medium rare burger. It was well done. The dessert was not at all what was described. I was expecting better food.

If they’re short staffed and foods taking a while, leave. Had the worst dinner of my life and it took 40 minutes to get there from when I ordered so I was way too hungry to send my food back and wait almost another hour. I’m so lost on how you can burn a bun to a burger to the point it tastes like charcoal. Toasting the bun is supposed to make it better. Not make it hard.

We were uncertain based on the varying opinions of other reviews. We found Amber Grill to be a very good experience. The menu was varied, the prices consistent (actually we were surprised by other Stevens Point locations very high). The servers were very friendly and the service timely. The food was good and overall a great experience. We don’t know if we were lucky or others were just harsh but we had a great experience. In fact, we came back the following morning for a great breakfast experience!

Our whole table were senior citizens and the waitress kindly asked if we qualified for their senior discount. I said, yes. ( our youngest was 73) the other 4 in our party received their discount, but whomever rang up the tab charged me full price. I’ll be sure to triple check your bills from here on

I love going to Amber Grill, the atmosphere is always so welcoming and the staff is great! Come to Amber Grill for a drink, a steak, desserts and more! Even enjoy them on the patio.

I’ve tried multiple options from the menu (40$ ribeye, 20$ chkn/broc Alfredo, 13$ burger, 18$ salmon, 40$ ribs). All have been very high priced, low quality entree’s (burger was frozen store bought quality patty, chkn/brkly Alfredo from a bag, ribs pre broiled and dry). Was expecting more from this place. Especially for the price. Quality is fast food/bad truck diner with high prices. Staff is friendly but that’s all.

My Filet with green beans & fingerling potatoes was good. Steak was a tad overcooked for medium rare, but it had really good flavor. The teriyaki green beans were great. Potatoes had no season and were over roasted. I ordered the “Baked” Mac & Cheese the night before and couldn’t even eat it. Raw breadcrumb topping, Italian seasoning throughout the entire dish. Tasted and looked like like knock off Velveeta. Caesar salad was in desperate need of dressing, or they forgot to dress it. Staff is nice tho.
