When this place first opened up, it was thee go to spot for any and every BBQ or just grab something to eat. I was here 2 weeks ago for thee first time in a long time because I was craving the “crack” chicken. Sad to say, my entire meal was SALTY!!!! Thank God I don’t have high blood pressure. Down to the fish. I was told Golden Wings is now thee best spot to go to. I’m done with Ambassadors!!!

The worst experience as a customer EVER!!!! My order was placed on UberEats I got there because I was notified my order was ready. When I arrived 4 minutes after I was notified, I was told my order (30 wings) would be 6 minutes. I waited an additional 13 minutes. The employees just stood around and avoided eye contact with customers all the while. While waiting two additional people came to pick up orders and were told the same thing I was told, “it’s not ready yet”. Poor service, poor communication, and waste of time and money. NEVER order from here if you value your time and/or money.

This is a better location than East Orange. The customer service & attention is great. I like coming here. The only thing is that they don’t give tartar sauce which is essential for fish.

My squad got 20 chicken wings, salad, two strawberry cheesecakes and onion rings. Everyone (except me because I don’t eat meat) loved the chicken wings. The onion rings were alright, nothing to write home about. The salad was so fresh! The cakes were delicious!!! Scrumptious!

I use to work here and i got laid off the day i got into a car accident, he tried saying i was being laid off because of the new ambassadors thats being opened up but thats not the reason he been wanted to get rid of me , the managers have a nasty attitude, roaches are everywhere in the restaurant sometimes a roach will end up in the flour bucket that they use to flour the fish and chicken and they’ll just take it out and continue to use it for the rest of the day they don’t clean the chicken very well, they also don’t clean the cooking utensils or the fryer baskets they’ll just sit it in the back underneath the table, working at ambassadors was my worst working experience from any other job i had.

I love their chicken, but I will never order from here again. I ordered 3 pcs of Whiting fish, 6 shrimp and fries. This is what I recieved! Not to mention….. nothing is seasoned. I put my own salt and pepper on the fries!…..
