Really great wings. Can’t understand the complaints because I really liked the wing. They were fat and tasted great. I got extremely hot. Not really extremely hot but tasty so I can’t complain. Very impressed with the flavor.

Never wrote a review in my life but I had to for this spot, very bad I might be bias cuz I’m from jersey and we got way better pizza than Troy or Albany but this spot is just terrible I can’t lie. They allowed me to place an order for delivery at like 2 in the morning which was the only upside, they said 25 minutes but ended up taking around an hour and 15 minutes. The mozzarella sticks came uncooked almost as if they were right out the freezer. The pizza came hot but that’s the only good thing I can say about it. Would much rather eat dominos pizza or even a 5$ frozen pizza. Don’t waste your time

My coworkers and I called to place an order for a few pizzas the day before we needed them delivered for a work celebration. We were told that the pizzas would be delivered today at 11:30 before we started employee lunches. At noon we called Amante to see where our delivery was. We were told that they forgot to place the order and that they would prepare it immediately. 30 minutes later we received a call informing us that they were about to prepare our order and that they would give us a 10% discount for the inconvenience. They asked if we still wanted the food. Our order is now 1 hr late and hasn’t even been started yet??? And they would still have to wait in Hoosick street traffic on a Friday, which means that they are delayed even longer. I told the employee that we had already held off sending employees to lunch and that by law employees have to take their lunch by a certain time. They didn’t seem to care and refused to give us more than 10% discount on our current order and they offered another 10% discount for a future order. Why would we order from Amante again if they are this unreliable? At this point, we declined to have the food delivered. So we currently have 8 employees who didn’t bring a lunch to work and not one employee has taken a lunch break. The employee from Amantes stated that he couldn’t do anything more to assist us as the owner was not on the premises. We certainly understand that mistakes happen, but it’s bad customer service to not offer something more for repeat customers. They also waited until 12:30 to even begin making our order, which they stated was being made immediately upon us calling at noon. Amantes pizza may be good, but the bad customer service that we encountered today will ensure that we do not ever order from them again.

I placed an order for large pizza and two dozen wings. It took two hours for delivery,The wings were supposed to be boneless wings but they came bone in and were so overcooked the meat was dry hard and stringy. I called back and gave them the chance to make it right and they said they marked in the system i have two orders of free wings… i just called to collect what was owed and they told me no you have a dozen free. After explaining to them and telling them the man specifically told me it was 12 he laughs and said oh well im a different person i say 12. I asked for a manager and he says oh he very busy i said is there an owner he said hes very very busy… i said so no one can resolve this? And he laughed more. I hung up frustrated and not giving them my money again… im very disappointed because i was a faithful customer and thats how i get treated!
