After eating here, I stored it into my favorite places to eat. The customer service provided by SHAY was amazing!! The pizza was so fresh and reminded me of back home. TRUE NY STYLE. The wings were definitely cooked well and the sauce had the perfect level of kick. 10/10 recommend!

I ordered a BAKED penne, calzone and snickers dessert. The penne wasn’t baked. The little bit of cheese was sitting cold on top. The sauce is bland. You could at least ensure the cheese is melted or don’t call it baked?? The calzone is bland. The toppings weren’t distributed. I cut it open and 1/2 was huge onions & 1/2 was mushrooms. The cheese in the calzone surprise, not melted. I haven’t tried the snickers dessert.

Visiting the area and ordered from here because it was advertised in the hotel room. The order overall was disappointing.

Restaurant was VERY dirty… fountain drinks were awful… we expressed that the drinks weren’t tasting right… she looked at us like she didn’t know what we were talking about… bathroom was DISGUSTING. Also expressed that… employees as you see in photos are just sitting on their phones… plenty of stuff can be done on the clock instead of sitting on their phone… calzone wasn’t cooked all the way… employee was touching food without gloves… won’t be coming back definitely wasn’t worth $60

stopped in for lunch. 11:40am and the place is disgusting. My shoes stuck to the floor because it was so sticky. The bathroom was very dirty with dried urine everywhere. the fountain drinks were not working properly. I happened to be the only customer in the establishment and the customer service was missing.

Trying to support the local pizza place but the AC was broken in the building and the cashier had air pods in and was talking to someone else (through the airpods) WHILE I was at the counter!!! What the flip!! She seemed really distant too when taking my order despite it being really slow, there were no customers! She then proceeded to leave the counter and eat in the dining area with her uniform still on, while no one is working at the counter. Why work in customer service if you don’t want to serve customers!? Disappointing service and no AC makes for a bad experience food was fire though.

I’ve ordered from Amante a few times now and they have never failed to disappoint. Their selection of pizza topping combos are vast and intriguing and their thin crust is always tender and well cooked, just how I like it. The garlic knots are a must have, absolutely soft, well seasoned, and the chunky marinara sauce is zesty and incredible. I really like their ravioli but I’m not a ravioli connoisseur so I’ll just say I thought it was really tasty. Their food is sumptuous and always flavorful, their customer service is ON POINT (shout out to Josh for being so kind!!) and I can tell they are extremely organized from their notes on the boxes. Amante has become my new go-to pizza place!!!

The chicken cesar wrap was not good at all. I took two bites and the dressing must have gone bad. It was sour and tasted awful. When I expressed my dislike to the staff there wasn’t much given in the way of concern or care. $12 spent for a meal I couldn’t even eat. I won’t be back.

I won’t say I eat at Amante frequently exactly but it has always been an option for us when we wanted better than a national chain pizza. Customers for well over a decade. Father’s Day pizzas. Fig and prosciutto. Portobello mushroom sandwiches. And flavor wise: still good. But had the weirdest truly bang-head-on-wall customer service ever this afternoon when the staff tried to force us to accept a pizza covered in olives when the receipt correctly noted “no olives.” Apparently, in a whole new-to-us interpretation, “no olives” actually means “no black olives.” Kalamata olives are not covered. ???!!! I had to get angry to get a new one made and that wasn’t what I or the staff or the other customers needed today. Why was the staff so lacking in BASIC customer service resolution? Train more Michael V. Please

I came in to Amante with a group of 12 people – 3 of which have food allergies. We expected to give them the benefit of the doubt as it’s a small place and we were a large group but we never expected it to be this bad. It took over an hour and a half for them to bring all of our food out. 2 of the 3 allergy meals were made incorrectly and they got 90% of our orders wrong. Even asking repeatedly for the orders which hadn’t arrived they brought out food we never ordered. The one employee who took half of our orders got them all wrong – probably because he was wearing an airpod listening to music the whole time and would not take it out. DON’T GO HERE.
