It looks like it would be good because of how ascetically pleasing it looks but not so much. The flavor was very underwhelming and there was just too much going on. I wouldn’t get pickled onion on my tacos normally and now I know why. Also the chorizo and chicken looks like cat food. Chips were good though. Also $30 for 4 tacos and chips is kinda crazy.

Kitchen staff serves your order at snail speed. My god, just watching them put together the order was painful. No wonder the line is long and people are waiting around. I ordered only two tacos. How long could two tacos really take?? Then they were confused of who to give the order too! Tacos are subpar to be honest, nothing special. Honestly Taco Bell would likely be the same experience.

I ordered a burrito with rajas (the veggie option that worked for me) and it was all but a taste of rajas. Basically you pay for a half pound of rice wrapped by a huge tortilla and some sauces. Not worth it! Taste was not related to a Mexican staple.

Absolutely disgusting service. Food was poorly presented, tasted bland and lacked real seasonings or authentic latin american flavors. Furthermore my actual order was completely destroyed, I ordered Salsa roja and instead they added generous helpings of some random creamy white sauce; they also gave me a container of the same sauce with a green tinge which tasted bitter for some reason. The cheese was basically liquid when they served it to me and blended with the strange sauce. On top of this they also completely forgot my chips and when I called them about the issue the person on the phone said “I dont speak spanish” and instantly hung up on me before I could tell him I spoke english as well. I called them back and a lady answered this time, said”wait for our manager” and hung up instantly as well. I was not able to even communicate to these subhumans before they hung up on me. After this they stopped responding completely. The food is also grotesquely overpriced. Terrible restaurant, they used to be good but I am not sure what happened to them; I ate there in 2020 and this was not what I remembered. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

If I could choose negative stars I totally would after waiting 25 minutes for a basic chicken bowl I got a cold bowl of slop soaked in red cabbage juice I asked for a refund was told no I guess I should’ve been worried about literally the only “Mexican” food place that had ZERO Mexican ppl working there but every other pub had Hispanic ppl working there it’s was a red flag I should’ve never ignored ‍♀️I wish I could post a video of my terrible experience I DO NOT RECOMMEND ZERO OUTTA ZERO BAD FOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CORPORATE DOES’NT EVEN RETURN AN E-MAIL TO APOLOGIZE FOR THE BAD FOOD/EXPERIENCE I LITERALLY WAS GIVEN DOG FOOD CHICKEN ON TOP OF HARD COLD WHITE RICE WHAT A SLAP TO ALL MEXICANS THIS IS NOT HOW THEY EAT‼️

They literally try to ignore you here, its almost impressive how bad the customer service is. Food is alright, but when you see your order sitting on the counter for 5 minutes, and the employees are ignoring you and refusing to give you your food, it doesn’t seem worth it.

Food quality is pretty low in my experience. Just lacks overall taste and authenticity. Waited 20 minutes just to get a side order of chips and salsa. Order management and kitchen flow is a mess and at one point there were at least 4-5 orders and all the staff were in the back hallway on their phone or chatting.

I have so many questions. Why are my tortilla chips brown? Are they supposed to be close-to-burnt? Is the guacamole blended? Why were my taco veggies so cooked that they looked like French Onion soup? Was the corn from a can? Why were my flour tortillas charred as if they were corn tortillas?

I wish there was more. You cannot go wrong with anything from the menu! Here I had the Rojas, the Camarones Morita and the Pollo Guajillo. The street corn was amazingly delicious! I could’ve ate more…I should’ve ate more. If you have r fries it yet add it to the list.
