Amai Sushi is a hidden gem in Brookfield. Significantly better than any sushi you can find in the area. Amber (owner) was extremely nice and passionate about the food, which was absolutely fantastic. I can honestly say I was shocked with the level of cuisine they put out. Would absolutely recommend.

I dined in this new sushi place in Brookfield for dinner, ordered Unagi Don, and it was fantastic, flavors as expected. The owner was nice to serve me some salmon sushi, and ikura marinated salmon roe. Would definitely recommend to try it out.

I took the family last Friday. I was blown away by the amazing quality and service. The sushi is fantastic. The staff are warm and friendly, and the vibes are great. This is a true sushi restaurant and it is awesome. Good cocktails too!

We ordered takeout and were greeted with extremely nice staff and pleasantly surprised by the nice atmosphere and interior! The woman working the front was so sweet and gave us extra crispy rice, as one order usually comes with 1 piece- but she gave us 2. Will definitely return! Great quality sushi!!

The place is small but the food is delicious. The fish is extremely fresh. The price is a bit high but honestly it’s worth the quality of food you are receiving. I love coming here at least 1 or twice a month to get my sushi fix.

Can’t get any better sushi. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Food is not comparable to anything else we have around here. Have had the opportunity to dine in multiple times and was beyond impressed each time. Really hard to describe how awesome this place is.
