Food was good. It just wasn’t memorable. The pasta was ok. The appetizers mushrooms were delicious and so was the lemon chelo. It was good just didn’t feel like authentic Italian food. Music was excellent.

We were greeted by the new owner, Casey, and she was wonderful! Staff was great, service was quick and they accommodated us even thought we came in right before the kitchen closed. Michael Carlton King performs on Tuesdays and he was great! We really enjoyed our experience tonight and will definitely be back even though we do not live in Georgia. The lasagna was amazing, so try that first!

To Ms. Casey Black and the staff at Altobeli’s. A sincere Thank You for your time hosting our Father’s 85th birthday party. Everything went so smoothly and looked beautiful on the November 12th. Just a note to thank you for the amazing job you guys did handling the table setup for our large party was absolutely beautiful-thanks to you. The service you provided was excellent! Please accept my gratitude towards and your staff for their speedy and efficient service. Our Dads dinner celebration was wonderful. The evening was more than we could ask for thanks to your attentive friendly staff and first-class dining that ranks way beyond our expectations. The birthday serenade for our Dad made the occasion just beautiful as well as unforgettable! We will certainly tell our friends about you, and we are looking forward returning soon. We arrived later in the evening and they could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The owner was very sweet and welcoming. He made us feel like we were dinner guests at his home! The food was delicious, fresh and authentic. Pictures are the Jumbo Shrimp Scampi and Antipasto Plate. We also had the Calamari and Eggplant Marscapone for Appetizers. Everything was fantastic! There was live music when we arrived that added nicely to the ambiance.

We have always loved eating here but tonight was such a disappointment….we will likely never go back. We were 1 of the first tables to arrive. Ordered drinks and apps and they came out fairly quick. Ordered dinner around 6pm. We inquired about where the food was several times because it was taking an unusally long time. Waitress kept saying it should be out shortly. We saw 2 other tables then leave without getting their food (and they got there after us). Finally at 7:30, when we inquired about our food again, we were told they were short staffed in the kitchen and were told they had no idea when our food would be ready because the kitchen was so backed up. I think honesty from the initial order would have made us less frustrated. My parents were in town and this was their favorite Italian spot. No offer to comp our 6 drinks and 2 appetizers. Such a disappointment.

The ambiance was interesting. The food was presented well but not the quality we expected. The service was not attentive, had to ask for drinks multiple times however there were several people available. We had several items from chicken pastas, raviolis, shrimp and various salads. The piano bar is a unique set up. There are a few servers who can really sing, one young later was really good but only sang one song.

Altobelis really showed out! After days of searching for a restaurant that would accommodate 27 people Al took our reservation with NO HESITATION. We had an amazing PATIENT waiter Michael! He was awesome!!! And let’s not say how AMAZING the food was, I enjoyed the snapper and a glass of Chardonnay THANK YOU so much for accommodating us and making my mother in laws birthday magnificent.

We have been customers here for twenty years. It was my birthday celebration dinner. There were very few patrons and the service was terrible. It was like our servers first time he had been in a restaurant. The food was okay, but certainly was not a $100 experience. This was Thursday 4/13/2023. Maybe the regular staff had the night off. It sure seemed like it.

We had a group of +20 for a celebration recently. This was planned in advance with the restaurant, who reserved us a room. Despite this, a simple 3 course dinner took us 3.5-4 hours! At times, we waited over 45 min for the next course to come out. Our first drinks took about 30 min for everyone to get one (they only take one person bartending, roughly half his time). The checks at the end had to be redone twice too. The restaurant clearly did not staff up or plan how they were going to take care of us. While the staff were very apologetic and friendly, they were overwhelmed and had no idea what to do.
