I’m glad I didn’t look at reviews before sitting down, because I probably would have gone somewhere else. I don’t know what happened, but I apparently had a really different experience from everyone else! The pizza (fennel sausage) was delicious, and the service was good. I let the server know I was boarding in 25 minutes, she said the pizza would take 15-20 and I said I’d risk it. It came out exactly when she said it would.

I should have looked at reviews before parking myself into here! Do not order the caprese sandwich! It’s a hamburger bun with Trader Joe’s like pesto (even though it’s described as basil) and slices of ok mozzarella. The Turkey avo looks much better. The fries taste like McDonald’s. It was like $18 for this. It came pretty fast, table was clean, and server was good. Hence the 2 stars.

I have an Alta Strada in my home town and it is phenomenal. Top notch food and service. The service in the Logan location is AWFUL! They should fire everyone working here and start over. Bad attitudes like the patrons are bothering them. Also extremely slow service. Go work somewhere else people!

The pizza was bad. The crust tasted like a burnt English muffin and there was hardly anything on top of the pie to make up for it. I’d recommend eating whatever you can scrape off the underside of one of the benches before going to this place.

The only place in Terminal A, and they know it. Horrible service, and if you even act shocked about it, they somehow care even less. Travel a good bit, and it’s never any better. Food is always wrong, missing something, or just totally out. Sub par would be a compliment. Only minor caveat is people usually all feel the same way and laugh about it. If this is your terminal, eat before or set your expectations extremely low.

Steer clear of this place like the plague. Worst breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had and my wife’s avocado toast was a poor excuse for it. Not to mention these two awful items took nearly 45 minutes to arrive. Menu had only 4 items so how it was this terrible and took this long is beyond me. Just keep going it took 27 minutes to get a egg and cheese breakfast sandwich! I had to keep trying to get the lady in front’s attention. I watched the two people in back not cooking but talking the whole time. When I did get my food it was horrible! I took one bite and tossed it. Don’t waste your time or money! I even tipped when I bought it! I want my money back if you all can’t do better than that just close down please!

They charge $15-20 a person or more for what tastes like microwaved food. For our meal, the smash burger was beyond bland and the spaghetti tasted like spaghettios. The French fries had no crisp and tasted frozen. Normally that wouldn’t be an issue but these prices are ridiculous. Just do yourself a favor and wait until you get out of the airport.

The bar is low at airports, but this is better than most. Good service in all of my visits (5?). I’ve had the arugula salad twice and it was awesome both times. Had the bagel/potato breakfast and, while it wasn’t remarkable, it wasn’t bad either. Coffee OK (not super) and refills were offered. For an airport establishment, this is a weak ‘4.’
