Our specialty is our signature Peruvian “Pollo a la Brasa” style Rotisserie Chicken, marinated and slow cooked over natural wood charcoal in our signature custom-made rotisserie oven. At Alpaca we use only All-Natural Chickens free of any added hormones and free of any FDA allergens. We also offer house favorite Peruvian Entrées such as Arroz Chaufa and Lomo Saltado that are made to order so you always get a fresh made plate.

The food was amazing and well presented. I got the jerk chicken. The sauces to go with the meal were flavorful and added to the food. You do have to clean up after the meal but it’s only because the the plates are porcelain and silverware are metal. Be careful walking on the floor though. It’s very slippery. That is why atmosphere has 4 stars.

The food. They have grilled whole chickens that are put on the rotisserie. The servers can cut the chicken however you request. The options are 1/2, 1/4, or 1/8 for the whole chicken, dark only, white only.

I love this place so glad they have it around the triangle my family and my friends love Alpaca. We eat almost every week. The food is always fresh , well seasoned and everything from this place is delicious. Employees are very polite and friendly. I recommend this place to anyone who loves a delicious fresh food.
